Welcome to our well appointed, conveniently located, updated condo with wonderful unobstructed marina views from the 3rd floor. Located conveniently. in Clinton Reef Club Port Clinton OH, it is within walking distance to the Jet Express Ferry to the Lake Erie islands; and waterfront restaurants, and also restaurants and shops in quaint downtown Port Clinton.

Condo features include:

>Peaceful unobstructed waterfront/marina/river views!

>Very clean condo totally updated with hardwood floors in the living area, quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

>Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed or twin bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. Perfect for Couples, families or friends!

> Two private balconies, one open to the sky, and the other covered from wind or rain, both with amazing water views!

>Secure easy Keypad entry.

>Wireless internet, flat screen TVs with streaming services.

>Well equipped kitchen.

>Convenient in condo washer and dryer.

>Many books and games available for relaxing time in the condo.

Extra care to cleaning and sanitizing. Also use FPR10 premium heppa filter in furnace/air conditioner to filter the most dust and bacteria from the air. This filter is changed regularly.

> Inviting outdoor pool and hot tub in season overlooking both the marina and Lake Erie.

>Use of two gas grills, picnic tables, a basketball hoop, and fun "boat bar" in the pool area.

We loved this area! Very quiet to sit on the deck in the evenings and look over the water! The guys fished all day and we girls shopped in Marblehead and Sandusky! We went out to dinner a few nights! Great restaurants in the area!

Convenient location to walk to the jet express. A well organized updated condo with a few bonuses provided. We were unable to use the pool/hot tub or other amenities because it was a little early in the season. Would stay again and ferry to the islands

Short Respite

The condo is in a great location to easily get to restaurants, shops, beaches, parks and Jet Express. The owners are very friendly and responsive. We greatly enjoyed our time and recommend the condo for a wonderful getaway with a fun view of the marina.

Perfect weekend getaway

We have a long history of time spent in Port Clinton. We wanted a weekend to reminisce about old times and have some fun making new memories. This location was perfectly placed in Port Clinton. The condo was exactly as stated. We enjoyed the balcony and views. The condo had everything you could possibly need and Judy was available to answer any questions and provide any information necessary. We had a great time and recommend this listing. Anniversary / honeymoon getaway

Perfect location doesn't begin to cover it - close to the ferry and restaurants in Port Clinton were why we decided to stay. The relaxing the view was over the marina was icing on the cake - everything has been thought of for a vacation and the hosts responded any questions or concerns via chat in a timely manner. Perfect place for a getaway!

A nice place to stay!

A nice cozy condo with all the amenities and nice decor. Unfortunately, it was cold during our visit so we didn't see the pool or hot tub. Judy provided all the information we needed and was very responsive to our questions including recommendations for places to visit/eat.

Beautiful condo in a great location.

The condo is beautifully decorated and located in a great complex with a very nice pool. My kiddo loved swimming every day. The views are fantastic and make the three story climb worth it. The condo is well stocked with everything you need and the host provides a very nice gift basket too! My kid also loved the bunk beds. One thing to keep an eye out on though is the table in the living room is clear and large and you have to be careful not to whack your shins on it. But it’s a great place to stay and we enjoyed our vacation there.

Awesome stay!!

This condo is just as advertised - clean, comfy, and FULLY stocked! Having kids with pet and dust allergies requires us to be selective when it comes to a vacation condo, and this place exceeded our expectations! Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. We will definitely look to stay here again!

We loved pur time here and will definitely be back, the only very minor thing was no umbrellas or ahade at the pool for the littles, nut we brought a tent sp all was fine, just for other guests to know. We made wonderful memories and took my grandson, 6 years old, kyaking for the first time! Loved the condo, it was petfect!! Thank you!

Lovely Lakeside retreat!

Looking for a perfect place to relax and recharge? This condo included all of the ingredients for a perfect stay- great views, quiet neighbors and perfect proximity to the local attractions. The condo is beautiful and calming, with love and attention paid to every detail. Definitely a 5 star experience!
