  • Sunnyside Estate es el hogar de reunión familiar ideal.  Permanezca en esta antigua e histórica propiedad de bed and breakfast, en Lake Pend Oreille (Oden Bay), que incluye 5 acres de terreno, más de 7 habitaciones, una cocina renovada con electrodomésticos comerciales nuevos, un área de baño privada, muelle, barco Sunstream Ascensor y privacidad.  



    Ubicada a solo 7 minutos del centro de Sandpoint, la casa original fue construida en 1897.  La rica historia y la artesanía de la calzada de adoquines original, así como los pisos y escaleras de madera se han conservado.  Una apariencia victoriana de época combinada con la de mediados de siglo moderna une lo antiguo y lo nuevo a una sala de estar abierta y llena de sol.  Un comedor separado revestido de vidrio da a la superficie de cultivo y frente al mar, o cene al aire libre en la enorme mesa de teca.  



    Los electrodomésticos comerciales de cocina (recién instalados en mayo de 2019) centran una cocina equipada con los mejores electrodomésticos pequeños y grandes, cuchillos afilados para el chef y una despensa de mayordomos adicional para la preparación y almacenamiento de alimentos.  



    Para cualquier grupo numeroso, la clave es asegurarse de que tenga suficientes camas, baños y espacio para disfrutar del tiempo que pasen juntos, tiempo de descanso aparte y excelentes camas con ropa de cama para un excelente descanso.  Esta casa realmente lo tiene todo! 



    Las habitaciones del piso principal incluyen dos habitaciones 'literas' construidas a medida para familias.  Una habitación tiene 4 gemelos incorporados, la segunda tiene 4 gemelos incorporados y una cama Queen, con capacidad para 10 en camas en el piso principal solo.  Arriba hay un dormitorio principal con cama King en suite, un cuarto dormitorio con 2 Queens y un área de oficina con sofá cama.  



    Un estudio separado está ubicado cerca de la parte posterior de la casa e incluye una cama King con lujosas sábanas, una pequeña cocina y un baño completo.  Sobre el área de la habitación de barro (ubicada al oeste de la despensa del mayordomo) hay escaleras que lo llevan a una habitación familiar enorme con mesa de billar, área de entretenimiento con TV grande y otra cama Queen en suite.  



    En el exterior, todos disfrutarán del amplio patio cubierto de hierba que lo llevará a una entrada privada para nadar en la bahía de Oden del lago Pend Oreille.  Disfruta de los amaneceres a las puestas de sol mientras los niños corren, juegan y exploran.  Traiga su barco o alquile uno y amarrarlo de manera segura en el elevador de barcos Sunstream.  Oden Bay es una de las mejores bahías para deportes acuáticos, así como una puerta de entrada a la increíble pesca que ofrece el lago.

Great Team Get Away

It was a wonderful home for us to do team building and discuss future planning. Great location, close to downtown and yet out of town! Beautiful property! Will defiantly stay here again.

Location and communication were great. The lot is beautiful. The house is spacious, but not stocked well for a larger group. The water levels were very low and we were not notified of this even after making it clear we rented this home for a reunion and for lake access for two boats. Pricing was high compared to other properties with better lake access and commodities. Overall this is a nice property but be sure to confirm details before renting.

Fantastic Rental for a Group!

14 of us from a small business needed to get together for a staff retreat and this rental proved ideal. Fantastic location on the lake, wonderful property with lots of rooms and unique spaces, and excellent communication with property management company. Thanks for a WONDERFUL stay!

We came for my daughters wedding and had several generations of family in the home .It suited every ones needs .We even caught a few fish off the dock in the back on our down time .Loved it!!!!

Great property…besides the plumbing

The location, size and amenities of the house were fantastic! The only items that made the property a 4 out of 5 star were…the dishwasher, garbage disposal, and water in the bunk room didn’t work.

Christmas week at Schweitzer

Great week. Good location next to Sandpoint and easy access to Schweitzer for skiing. House had enough room with separate living spaces to host a larger family. A few items in the house need to be fixed (shower, garbage disposal, etc) but all in all great house!

Clean spacious inside Outside needs improvement

The inside of the house worked well with our group. The ample bedrooms and bathrooms were much appreciated. The kitchen worked out better than I thought it would. The outside shrubs and weeds need to be trimmed. And wasp nests, goose poop and patio furniture/area need maintenance

Great place for big group

Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. And even the separate apartment didn’t require a walk outside, its attached through the garage so close by. And the rec room upstairs had a toilet room too.

The inside of the house was great for our group. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms, lots of places to sit and relax, and the kitchen was stocked with enough dishes. The outside of the property was very disappointing, however. You can see from the pictures that this is a great place to be outside, but what it actually looked like was not what was advertised. We had to clean the outside areas before we could actually enjoy them, and the lack of upkeep of the yard was something we just had to deal with. We spent a lot of money to be able to enjoy the outdoors during our stay but don’t feel like we got what we were expecting.

Amazing home for multiple families

This house had everything 7 families needed for a great memorable soccer weekend!!! Almost every room has their own private bathroom, the kitchen is stocked with anything you could need to cook big meals. The location is perfect and quite and so peaceful!! The only thing we wanted to add is that it took us 3 hours to find the 7th Master King Suite on the main floor level. It's located from a door in the garage. Truly an amazing home for multiple families to have enough room for all!! We will definitly be renting this home again next year!!!

A fabulous week!

This house had all the space and activity a large group could ask for. We had adults, teens and kids who spent hours paddle boarding, bird watching - 3 bald eagles nest nearby, and playing in the yard and the game room. There were also two tiny new fawns who came through the property several times a day. The beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet. You quickly get used to the train which passes frequently. The sounds of the ecosystem are truly incredible. Buzzing, chirping, humming all day and night. Bullfrogs, osprey, eagles, cranes, - it really was magical. The lake is very quiet and tranquil. The cove isn’t the best for swimming because there is quite a bit of vegetation in the water but it is perfect for SUP. We rented a boat but found the channel into the property far too shallow and despite being extremely careful we did cause some minor damage to the prop of the boat so I wouldn’t recommend it. There is a large stretch that is only about 2 feet deep. Overall the trip was fantastic. 10/10 would do again!

Spacious and on the water, what a charmer!

This is a quirky but charming house. The private beach was perfect for spending time with our family by the water. The kitchen is truly stocked well (which is great!) but there was not a lot of room available for food storage. The beds were comfy and the house is very spacious, plenty of room for our large extended family vacation! We did have a few questions for the property management team and they were very prompt and friendly in helping us have the best possible stay. Five stars overall!

Family Senior Trip

The property was lovely and suited our 13 family members to a T. Separate spaces for teens in the group. Water was a little cold for water sports but we enjoyed the area very much - Sandpoint is very nice. We had 2 grandchildren graduate high school and we enjoy traveling together so we make it a family affair. Would love to come back here when water is warmer!!

Almost perfect!

We really enjoyed our time at the house! It was very spacious and had all the rooms and bathrooms we needed, and obviously the view was great. A few issues we had that were inconvenient were: 1. The main kitchen stove didn't work (which we were made aware of ahead of time thankfully). Made meal prep for 20 people less efficient. 2. The gas furnace in the upstairs game room wouldn't work. Even talked through it with one of your people, but couldn't get it to work. We have a professional HVAC person in our group and he couldn't even determine the cause. Made that room cold, which relates to issue three. 3. Outlets in several bathrooms and bedrooms didn't work. This meant several people couldn't charge phones or use a hairdryer or plug in a space heater or a white noise maker for their kids to sleep, etc. 4. The house wasn't as clean as it could have been. Trash was found under some of the couches, and the dining room floor didn't appear to be swept. These things didn't entirely ruin the weekend by any means, but they were cause for some inconvenience on a weekend that was supposed to be a bit more stress free with all the necessary amenities available. I would definitely recommend this property to other people, and we may even use it again in the future. Especially if these things are addressed. Thank you!

Family vacation

A bathroom in every room was a big plus for our families. The property was absolutely gorgeous. The lake water was low, so we could not get a boat to the dock. I learned I should have made fishing boat tour reservations a couple months in advance. All in all a fantastic family vacation.

Great time.

Had a great time with family and friends. Plenty of room for everyone. Great view of the water. Dogs had fun running around in the yard. Missed a fire pit.

Mostly great.

Mostly great. We enjoyed the place. I really only have one small complaint. The heating systems were cumbersome. Little heaters (newer area cadets) were easy enough. We couldn't figure out bonus area. We loved the place and would go again. We'd love a hot tub next time!

Beautiful property with gorgeous views! Great for a family reunion. Ample space with a large front yard overlooking the lake. It was a great location for our family to gather. Daugherty Property Management was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would HIGHLY recommend!
