This dual-level condo has plenty of room for guests to relax after a long day on the water, as well as a polished kitchen that's fully equipped for refueling the whole family. While the interior has such elegant amenities as granite countertops and walk-in showers, you'll find just as much - if not more - outside. Enjoy shared access to an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, an on-site marina, and long stretches of private lakefront beach.

This condo is located two blocks from the local shops, great restaurants, and fun nightlife of downtown Sandpoint. Just a short, 14-mile drive up the mountain, you'll find Schweitzer Mountain Resort which offers excellent winter slopes and a full-service spa.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). First impression upon walking into the unit was amazing. My friends and I are not picky and rarely review. However, this unit we did agree to say something about.The carpet in the hallway, dining room, and living room is stained. The curtains are not hung properly. The blind ober the livingroom slider door is tied up. The slider door does not open. The refridgerator makes so much noise thay it is difficult to sleep in the front bedroom as well as the master bedroom. The scratches on the furniture was not bothersome and added some charm. The train track is across the one lane parking lot/road from the unit which caused the building to shake. Could be fun. The train noise was very limited.We spent 1.8k for 2 nights in this unit after all of the fees. For this amount of money the room should be absolutely pristine. It is definitely mis represented. We could have done much better for the cost. I am happy to take this review down if the owner fixes the fridge, carpets, curtains, etc. and brings the unit to a fair and accurate representation of the add.On a positive note: The beds are very comfortable, the location and views are fantastic, the on location spa is absolutely rejuvinating, and the pool/hot tub are incredible.

Waterfront condo with a family friendly layout

Seasons is a must when visiting Sandpoint. Private beach, heated pool, spa, and central location. This unit offers a very family friendly layout with multiple levels to offer some separation during your stay.

Trains trains and more trains

There was no disclosure on the listing about 50 trains a day going by and shaking the unit. All day all night The unit was not clean. Dirty patio area we cleaned when we arrived The bedding is old and needs to be replaced For the cost of the unit we expected more With that. It’s a pretty view out the front of condo. We happened to hit the fires from Canada so put a damper in our excursions. I really think the issues with trains and noise should be disclosed to anyone renting

They place is beautiful. It’s a bit dated. No smart tv no remote access. Have to physically get a key from a different location. Also can’t park your boat trailer. All very difficult and unwelcoming for a lake town. Have to contact another company for boat slip. Lots of hoops.

Can’t wait to come back

We loved it! The washing machine was broken and we were refunded $150 for that however we weren’t notified of that until we were almost to the resort. We drove 10 hours to get there and packed very light knowing that we had a washing machine so that was unfortunate. The only other complaint was that the curtains to cover the windows overlooking the lake were broken so the sun rise would wake you up at 4am. It was beautiful to get up and watch but as a light sleeper I was tired by the end of the week. Other than those two minor things it was wonderful! I read other reviews about the train; yes it is right behind the building. You can see it and feel it when it comes by but it wasn’t a bother to us at all. The location is amazing and is Walking distance to everything. The kids had a blast. Will definitely be back.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! We spent most of our three days in the condo and on the property due to rain, but we loved it. Yes, the train is right there... but we knew that and brought fans and ear plugs. It wasn't that bad. The view was gorgeous. I would rent this home again.

Great location, easy check in. Negatives were garbage disposal was inop, toaster didn’t function properly, several lightbulbs out and not a lot of supplies. ManagementOwner need to pay more attention to unit for such a nice unit/facility.

Excellent stay - just a few minor issues

We absolutely loved our stay: the pool and private beach was fantastic and we loved being able to walk into town. We loved having a deck large enough for all of us to sit on at one time. The property is fairly quiet (or at least it was when we were there). There were a few minor issues that prevented me from giving this 5 stars: 1. While it was a simple process to pick up the keys, once we were on the property, it was a bit confusing to find the front desk. We were told we had to get parking passes from the front desk in order to park in the parking lot however, the front desk closed at 4pm. Given that we can't even check in until 4pm it seems a bit inconvenient to have the front desk close at 4pm. 2. It would be really helpful to have a welcome packet or something inside the condo. We were informed, after we went into the pool, that we needed bracelets in order to be in the pool or on the beach. This was not mentioned in any of the communication. (And, we needed to get the bracelets from the front desk ... which was closed.) 3. This is mentioned in other reviews but it's definitely worth mentioning ... the train! We knew it was going to be loud because others had mentioned it but it's definitely a bit of a bummer although it wouldn't prevent us from staying there again. I think it's just something to be aware of, especially in the middle of the night. 4. Another minor issue was that there wasn't a net available at the pool. One evening we wanted to go swimming and the pool was covered in bugs. We would have been happy to skim the bugs out ourselves but there wasn't a net. Overall the property is wonderful and a perfect size for our party. If a few of these minor issues are addressed, it would be a 5-star property.

Beautiful Condo with the BEST location

The condo is absolutely beautiful and is just as it is shown in the pictures. The view is incredible, the unit is clean, the kitchen is stocked with the basics tools and appliances you need if you plan to cook. Not only is the unit fantastic, but the location is equally as great. You have access to the great facilities at the resort - but are also close to a huge public park and beach if you want additional people watching. Easily walkable to many restaurants and shops.
