  • Small ground floor self contained flat ideal for a couple or couple and 2 children. (not a party pad, no smoking anywhere on the premises please) Good car ferry discount, I can check the cost and let you know before you book so that you can secure the best price. This apartment consists of two 12’x12’ rooms and an ensuite shower room. There is a roll out twin sofa bed (2 side by side singles, ideal for siblings) please do not let children operate this and DO NOT LIFT TO OPERATE. Consider how much space you will need before booking. All bedding and towels provided including seperate beach towels. Near to Sandown Beach and Pier. Bus stop approx 50 meters away. Private entrance at the back of the house with patio garden and garden furniture. Furniture cushions are not waterproof. If used, please put cushions in the box at night and the cover back on the parasol. (Sea mist and sea gulls are not a good combination!) The patio garden is shared with a family member who lives in the flat over my kitchen, he is mostly out at work) Parking provided. Kitchenette/lounge with full size oven/grill, large microwave, 2 ring hob, toaster and kettle, fridge with small freezer compartment, washer/dryer and twin sofa bed. Central heating. Starter pack provided inc tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, bread, jams & marmite, cereal, milk and condiments. (Gluten free and Vegan cereal and gluten free biscuits available, please ask in advance.). Discounted car ferry booking service available, at least 25% off standard car rates with Wightlink, less discount with Red Funnel. Please arrange this well in advance of your sailing as discounted rates are limited and subject to availability. Please also note that the current government has added a £3 tax per return journey to ferry transport to the IOW. Car reg and make needed. No smoking, vaping or candles anywhere at this property please. The alarm system is for carbon monoxide as well as fire/smoke. If booking through Expedia, please download the Vrbo app for ease of communication with the host. Please check in by 7pm. Please note that the owner lives in the main part of the house.

The property was conveniently located, clean and quiet. The host responded quickly to my communications and the check in and check out processes were quick. Although it can sleep four, the flat is probably best suited to one or two guests sharing the bedroom (the other two beds are in the kitchen and there is limited table space for eating). I enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again.

Lovely little flat, perfect for a couple especially with having parking and the outside space. Very handy for Sandown beach too, wouldn't need to keep jumping in the car and Ally thoughtfully provides a 'festival' trolley to save carrying towels etc!

This flat is a little gem of a find, excellent in every way. There is car parking on the side of the house, milk & bread provided for. Also jars of jam, cereal, crisps, biscuits, assortment of teas, coffee. A lovely patio with seats provided. Plus everything you could ask for home from home. Ally was prompt to reply if you had any questions. Would definitely return if visiting Sandown again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Ally has a lovely property close to town centre and beach area. The property is beautifully equipped with breakfast cereals, snacks, hot drink, your host even contacts you about your preferences of bread and milk. It is clean, neat and comfy. Ally is an excellent host.

Excellent accomodation, so very clean and the excellent little extras were so welcome. Everything was considered during my stay. Ally was there if I needed anything but as everything was thought of I didn't need to trouble her. The fans were a godsend during the May heatwave Thank You again Ally. Marie

We had a lovely stay the apartment has every you could possibly want. The hampers were so well though out for breakfast and nibbles and Allie even contacts you to find out what milk and bread you would like Position of apartment means it is close to beach and shops

An absolutely perfect holiday stay. Beautifully equipped, lots of those special finishing touches that really help. Like snacks, hot drinks, milk, breakfast cereals. Absolutely spotless, really comfy bed. I had the very best holiday.

Fabulous accommodation. Spotlessly clean and excellently equipped - Ally thinks of everything a holidaymaker could possibly need, and the cereals, jams, biscuits and teas are a welcome touch. My first visit to the Isle of Wight

Communication with the accomodation manager was excellent from the time of booking up to the end and was very helpful when we experienced some hiccups with our trip, the house was very clean with classy furniture and very quiet environment, I highly recommend this accomodation to aspiring visitors ,it was very suitable for me,my husband and our 7 year old boy.

A lovely apartment, short walk to beach and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable and Ally is a superb host. The patio is a fabulous sun trap, perfect for relaxing after exploring the island. I would definitely return

Great place to stay

Lovely little flat, clean and modern and close to everything. Bread and milk provided on arrival as well as plentiful supply of tea, coffee, biscuits, cereals and jams. Host was lovely and showed us around everything. Easy check in and out and great communication.

Lovely apartment

Lovely modern and comfortable appartment, the host was very wecolming. Added extras of bread, milk, cereals and more. I would definitely recommend this accomodation. In an ideal location with excellent parking facilities.

A Lovely Stay on the Isle of Wight

Location was perfect, peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay.Our host Ally was incredibly helpful and welcoming and making sure we felt right at home. She not only bought us the cheaper ferry tickets but also managed to change the timings of our trip at a very short notice on our request.she also provided us with a variety of breakfast items.It really made a difference to our trip.We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on the Isle of Wight!
