"Room was large and clean, dog goodies were a noce touch too. The hotel itself was in a great position with great views of the surrounding area from the restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast and both were ver well presented and full of flavour. We shall be returning soon👍"

"Great location, lovely staff, the whole building smelled nice, the en suite and room were sparkling clean, and I got fresh towels every day.
Plentiful parking on side streets and their own car park as well. I did get a really good deal on the stay but I highly recommend regardless."

"Spotlessly clean, fabulous hosts and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Reading past reviews I was shocked at mentions of the floors being cold. It's an 18th century cellar for goodness sake!!! Stone floors are part of the charm. It is cosy and warm at this time of year (and I imagine lovely and cool in the summer).I would definitely stay again for its location, its cleanliness and its hosts. Can't fault it except for the mattress, which is a bit "argos" and could do with a good...
