"The body wash and lotion dispensers were empty. We used shampoo. A soft bed, I can't sat that, but it was ok the 2nd night..if you like a firm bed, you will love it. The hotel overall was great! Clean, Quiet, Friendly...good stuff! Breakfast was typical stuff but nicely arranged. The food area was kept spotless. The food was on time every morning and it was hot every morning we ate there. 👍👍👍"

"Very clean, thought we got a free breakfast but you don't, they had a bistro that sold food, kinda pricey and really nothing for preteens to eat, but we got the fancy Pizza and wings, which tasted good just kinda costly. Pool was small but clean, the were strict about kids swimming with no adult but it was 5 ft deep and the kids were 10 and 12, and grew up with a pool so they were kinda again, strict,.but other then that help was friendly."

"My husband, 4 year old daughter & I enjoyed our stay in the Classic Cabin # 303! Everything was so tidy and neat, WiFi worked great, the location of the cabin was perfect from my parents lake property (where we went to shoot fireworks and cookout). The cabin had everything we needed & the kitchenette was very nice and everything worked as it should (I do wish there was a toaster, but that's just a personal preference). "DO NOT STAY HERE. WE FOUND BED BUGS IN THE BED. We left shortly after checking in. The desk attendant said he doesn't know how to do refunds and his manager will do the refund when he got back in office. I called and was refused a refund."

"The room was clean. They left the pool open for an extra 30 minutes for viewing of fireworks. However, our door key had to be recoded at the front desk 12 times in 8 hours. The door from the lobby to the pool would open out but not let us back in. We were told the key reader was broken and that we could walk around the front of the hotel, through the parking lot and re-enter through the lobby. The cover for the pool chairlift was covered in mold and in need of cleaning. There were four tables...
