Welcome to A little southern comfort, our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom granny flat located in Sanctuary Point on the beautiful NSW south coast! Offering a comfy stay for 4 people (and additional space on a sofa bed for an extra) with a private outdoor courtyard with BBQ area and street parking. Just 10 mins drive to the glorious Jervis Bay and amazing national park a great little place to rest your head after days exploring our piece of paradise!
Ask about our 'Stay 3, pay 2 night' availability - not available in school holidays or long weekend periods.

A wonderful experience. Everything was 100%. Clare and Jack were great and helpful hosts and the accomodation was one of the best that we have experienced.Location is very good for any activity close to Sanctuary Point.Will definitely use this accomodation on future visits to the area.We arrived in an all electric EV and Jack set us up with connection to 240V power supply which was very much appreciated as I was able to depart with 100% power charge to the car.

New flat with modern fittings

Stayed for 2 nights over the Anzac long weekend with my husband and 2 teens. We absolutely loved the flat. It’s new, modern, great bathroom, kitchen, comfy beds and having Netflix and Disney available while watching TV was a hit. Location is only 10 mins drive to Hyams Beach. We went for a walk to nearest basin which was Palm Beach (just over 15 mins walk) then some of the Basin Walk. We also ate at Country Club Sanctuary Point and got take away from Pizza, Pasta and Ribs at Sanctuary Point. Seen kangaroos behind the petrol station (the golf club) and even at night seen the kangaroos just a roaming the nearby streets from the flat. Supplied Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, hand wash, dishwashing detergent, coffee, hot choc and tea sachets, milk, cooking oil, bbq and tomato sauce and so many too mention! Love the black squeegee in the shower and the gaming mug - so I ordered the same things from Amazon when I got home Lol. All the beds were comfy and the ceiling fans for each room was perfect. Aircon on the main area is great too! Clare and Jack are great host, they gave us privacy and the highlight of our stay is meeting Tink and Herc! Thank you so much and can’t wait to stay again next time. :)

Slice of paradise

Claire and Jack are great hosts they thought of everything. The apartment has everything and more. A brilliant location to relax and recharge. We will definitely be coming back regularly to this little slice of heaven

Excellent Hosts and Property!

It was an awesome experience throughout, starting from the Chek-in process to Check-out. Jack and Clare are the best hosts ever! Property was extremely clean and exactly how it looked in the pictures. They even offered us an extra night to stay as they saw we were busy with work. That generosity is not common these days at all. Highly recommend booking this place if you are in the area.
