Modern and spacious two-room apartment, located in an enchanting position on Lake Como, a stone's throw from Menaggio, in the Acquaseria area.

Located in an elegant and well-kept residence, with a large communal terrace with panoramic views, the apartment is very close to the lake, which can be easily accessed on foot via a short pedestrian street.

This position of the lake enjoys a large beach to relax in the absolute peace of a small corner of paradise.

The beach boasts an enchanting and peaceful green area with a small playground for children and barbecues that can be used for barbecues on the lake.

Apartment consists of:

Entrance, large double bedroom, living room and kitchen, dressing room and bathroom, large balcony.

The living area has a double sofa bed that can be easily opened. The apartment is therefore comfortably suitable for 4 people.

The house is equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge with freezer, as well as washing machine and TV.
The wardrobe is very spacious and able to accommodate all guests' linen.
You will find everything you need in small appliances: hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, fan.
The kitchen is equipped with all types of dishes.
You will find towels and bathrobes, spare sheets for every need.

The apartment has a table and chairs for the balcony, and deck chairs and chairs for sunbathing on the terrace or on the beach.

Séjour San Siro (lac de Côme)

Magnifique séjour chez Donatella à San Siro (Acquaseria) ! Appartement très pratique. La navette en bus qui longe tout le lac est un vrai plus pour se déplacer. Seul petit bémol : les trottoirs sont peu accessibles à Acquaseria.

Gute und günstige Ferienwohnung fast direkt am See

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Städtetrips z. B. nach Menaggio und Como (Bus) sowie Varenna und Bellagio (Fähre). Schöne Lage fast direkt am See mit kleinem Strand. Die Ferienwohnung enthält alles, was man braucht und hat einen Balkon. Mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Liegen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Lediglich WLAN haben wir etwas vermisst, da das Netz dort relativ schlecht war.

Escale d’une semaine au lac de Côme

Séjour agréable avec possibilité avantageuse d’aller se baigner dan le lac en quelques minutes . Petit bémol : c’est presque impossible d’avoir en ligne la gérante de l’appartement . Pas de réponses aux mails par exemple , pas de prise de rdv à l’appart pour recevoir quelques infos sur l’habitat . C’est dommage . Néanmoins , le cadre splendide ,le soleil ,la chaleur nous font vite oublier ces petits désagréments. Je vous recommande tout de même cette villégiature

Unterkunft/Wohnung

Leider befand sich Wohnung bei der ersten Ansicht in keinem angemessenen sauberen Zustand. Sehr unangenehm war das in den Schränken und Schubladen gebrauchte Schuhe, Garderobe sowie Kosmetikartikel und angebrochene Lebensmittel vorhanden waren. Der Teppich, Vorleger und Badematten befanden sich in einem schmutzigen Zustand. Besonders viele Wollmäuse befanden sich im Schlafzimmer. Leider ist die gesamte Unterkunft eine sehr Geräusch starke Wohneinheit.Die Terrasse ist kaum nutzbar da vor ihr der Gehweg zum Parkplatz liegt. Diesen Umstand konnte man aus der Unterkunftbeschreibung und den Photos nicht entnehmen... Schade...

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist wir beschrieben. Sie hat eine sehr gute Lage. Sie eignet sich gut für eine Familie mit 4 Personen. Das Aufklappbett ist super. Lediglich die Duschhalterung war na ja nicht mehr in Ordnung. Die Anlage der Ferienwohnung wirkt sehr gepflegt. Man ist wirklich sehr schnell am Wasser.

gern wieder , wir zu dritt haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung . Es war alles in der Nähe was man so braucht . Unbedingt empfehlen wir eine Bootstour nach Bellaggio und Como . Der See ist praktisch ein Steinwurf entfernt ,Liegen sind in der Wohnung vorhanden . Wir waren auch am See unten eine Pizza essen man sollte aber einen Tisch reservieren . Wir kommen gern wieder !

Eenvoudig

Bij het aankomen werden we niet door een eigenaar ontvangen. We konden een sleutel uit een kastje halen en zelf alles uitzoeken. Dat was het nadeel van deze constructie. De locatie is wel erg mooi. Je kunt eenvoudig naar zee, parkeren en er is een bar/bakkertje, supermarktje en een slagerij in de buurt. Het huisje zelf had weinig bijzonderheden.

Ruim appartement schoon. Eigenaresse vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alleen jammer geen WiFi. 2 restaurants in de buurt waar je goed kan eten. Mooie omgeving er is veel te zien en te doen. Top vakantie

Sehr gepflegte schöne Wohnung in toller Lage.

Schöne Wohnung keine 5 Minuten entfernt vom See. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in den umliegenden Orten. Neben der Anlage, ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.

Skøn lille lokal by, med vinhandler der absolut må besøges. Ligger dejlig tæt på søen. Flot gåtur ind til Bellagio langs søen.

Gut gelegene & ausgestattete Ferienwohnung am Comer See

Meine Freundin und ich durften eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Donatella unseren Urlaub genießen. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über ziemlich alles was man so braucht. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Unterkunft vorhanden und zu Fuß sind es ca. 2 Minuten zum Steinstrand. Da die Wohnung über Strandliegen verfügt kann man direkt los ziehen und die Sonne & den See genießen. Donatella selbst stand auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Für 5 Sterne hätte es z.B. noch einen Backofen & deutsches Fernsehen geben müssen dann wäre es wirklich perfekt gewesen. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung sehr guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Urlaubsidylle am Comer See

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kleinkinder) waren Anfang August für 14 Tage in Acquaseria. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Komplex mit mehreren anderen Ferienwohnung und wurde von uns genauso wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden. Es war klein aber fein, sehr sauber, frisches Bettzeug und Handtücher wurden bereitgestellt. Die Vermieterien Donatella war per Mail/Telefon erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sehr angenehm war, dass in Bad/WC und Küche die notwendigsten Dinge vorhanden waren und wir nicht gleich am ersten Tag einkaufen mussten. Die Entfernung zum Wasser beträgt etwa 100m den Berg hinab, dort konnten unsere Kinder spielen und baden und die Sonne genießen. Shops, Restaurants, Bäcker waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und haben die 14 Tage genossen. Jederzeit wieder!!!
