Welcome to Santa Maria Rezzonico, a splendid village on the beautiful Lake Como!

This cosy two-room flat CASA SOFI on the ground floor will welcome you with its comfort.

As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a bright living room with an open kitchen. Here, a cosy table for 4 invites you to share pleasant meals or moments of relaxation.

The living room is enriched by a comfortable single sofa bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we consider it only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa), perfect for accommodating an additional guest.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs during your stay. You will find a kettle, a microwave oven, a toaster, a fridge-freezer and an American coffee machine. The antique wooden furniture adds a touch of rustic elegance to the ambience.

The bedroom represents tranquillity, with a large double bed where you can relax and recharge after a day of exploring and a bright window.

The bathroom is complete with all the necessary sanitary facilities, such as a toilet, bathtub, bidet and a washing machine to ensure a practical stay.

Outside, a spacious terrace overlooking the lake offers the ideal space to enjoy the sun during hot summer days or to relax while admiring the surrounding landscape as well as the small garden that adds a touch of greenery.



Quality bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast.

The flat has a cellar for storing any equipment and a private uncovered parking space.

All commercial activity is forbidden inside the flat.

Please note that you will enter the flat by performing a SELF CHECK-IN.

After successfully completing the online registration, you will be sent an email with INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the flat yourself.

The surroundings of Santa Maria Rezzonico offer a fascinating mix of natural beauty, culture and tradition, capturing the essence of life on the shores of Lake Como.

For nature lovers, this region is a true paradise. The majestic mountains surrounding the lake offer numerous opportunities for hiking, trekking and scenic walks. Well-marked paths lead you through forests, alpine meadows and charming mountain villages, offering breathtaking views of lakes, valleys and imposing peaks.

You can enjoy the splendour of Lake Como by sailing on its waters by ferry or renting a boat to explore the picturesque bays and charming villages along the shores.

Just a 10-minute drive away you will find yourself in the picturesque and luxurious village of Menaggio. While in an hour or so you will find yourself in the city of Como amidst shops and historical monuments such as its Duomo.

On site you can visit ancient castles, such as the Rezzonico castle located in the municipality, which offers an insight into local history and fascinating collections of art and period furniture.



How to get there:

By car: before the Swiss border, exit the A9 motorway towards Chiasso. Continue on Via Brogeda, take the SS340 towards Santa Maria Rezzonico for about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at the municipality, follow the GPS and after a few minutes you will find yourself in front of the flat.

By public transport: After arriving at Como S. Giovanni Station, take bus C10 in the direction of ‘Como- S. Teresa’ and get off after about 1 hour at the stop ‘Menaggio - Piazza Roma’ from there take the second bus C10 in the direction of ‘Nobiallo - Galleria’ for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop ‘San Siro - crossroads for the village’. From here in 12 minutes you will be at the flat.
