The Joy apartment stands out for its location just a few steps from Zurriola beach.



Located just 200m from Zurriola beach, the apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and stands out for its location in Plaza de Catalunya. Located on the first floor of a classic building with a sandstone facade, the building has an elevator and the portal has been recently renovated. In addition to its fantastic location right in the heart of Gros district, just within a 3 minutes walk to Zurriola beach, both the city center and the charming old quarter are also a 10 minutes walk away. The apartment has two french balconies that face Plaza Cataluña. The apartments enables lots of space and light: The spacious living-dining room and two of its four double bedrooms, face Plaza Cataluña. The apartment has been recently renovated and highlights for its magnificent living-dining room facing the designer open concept kitchen just by the dining area.



The apartment inside has an industrial style decoration, with a touch of urban materials and colors. It comes with a living-dining room with an open kitchen, four double bedrooms and three fully equipped bathrooms with comfortable showers. The living-dining room has a four-seater sofa, two armchairs, a Smart TV and a dining table for eight guests.



The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and offers a designer peninsula facing the dining space. Two of the bedrooms come with double beds while the other two bedrooms have two single beds each. The apartment has three fully equipped bathrooms with spacious showers.



The apartment has heating for the winter months and air conditioning in the living room for the summer months. It has with free high-speed WiFi internet connection. Both for its location and its interior space, the Joy Apartment is a perfect space to visit San Sebastian.

We loved our stay. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The property was clean and big. The AC was powerful enough for the whole apartment. The kitchen was ideal. Beds comfy. We loved being close to the park too!

Wonderful stay!

The property was the perfect location for us, and exactly as described. It was spacious, clean and well-stocked. It was so nice being able to return there after a day out. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Exceeded expectations !!

What a wonderful stay we had! It exceeded the expectations, the photos don’t do it justice. This apartment was very well equipped, everything you would want for a home away from home! Super clean and very large. We were a family of 5 and space was not an issue. Amazing location in family neighbourhood, lots of shops and cafes, one block from the beach! Highly recommend.

Het appartement was prima ingericht en op zich voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zou helemaal top zijn als de slaapkamers airco of alle slaapkamers een ventilator zouden hebbeen. Ook zou een wasdroger fijn zijn omdat er beperkt handdoeken waren. We hebben het enorm naar ons zin gehad, mede door de ligging nabij Zurriola strand. In vergelijking met andere appartementenen/ vakantiehuizen die wij hebben gehuurd, vind ik het appartement wel prijzig.

Fantastic location in the heart of Gros!

Fantastic location in the heart of Gros just steps to the beach, restaurants, stores and anything else you would need for a stay in San Sebastián. This apartment works well for a larger group (we had 8 people) and offers balconies overlooking the square and park, a washing machine, well stocked kitchen and great seating area. The rear bedrooms have limited ventilation which might be hot in the mid summer months. If you are noise sensitive, there was construction in the apartment next door during our stay. Overall, we would stay again in this large, clean and well located apartment!

La amplitud y la ubicación. Repasar bien que los electrodomésticos funcionen. Por ejemplo, la plancha no funcionaba. Y poner secadores de pelo en todos los baños. Quizás también unos juegos (cartas, dados...)

Great Location!!

We had a great stay. This was a perfect location for our family of 6. There were 5 adults and our grandson who is 3. The apartment had everything we needed. There is a park right outside, We took our grandson several times to play. We were minutes from the beach. We could walk to everything we needed and walking to Parte Vieja was easy for us. My husband and I are in our 60s and enjoyed walking daily. We had great weather during our stay. The only downside I see, is that the back two bedrooms could get pretty stuffy and warm in the hotter months, as don't get any circulation, the windows aren't directly to outdoors, It would also be nice if we didn't have to go pick up the keys.

We liked the apartment very much, mainly due to the location.

The apartment is nicely and modern decorated, although with 8 people to stay we would expect a dryer en more equipement in the kitchen. What we didn’t like was the fact that there was no airconditioning in the back of the apartment (in the area of the entrance) the two bedrooms adjoined were very hot en it was hard to keep fresh air as one window opens up to the elevator and the other to boiler space. The elevator is very wobbly and noisy en one of the bedroom windows opens up directly to the elevator. Therefore, an overall rating of 7 and value for money of 6 - it’s an expensive apartment. But as said, the location is fantastic and apartment on itself is very nice and crisp. The lady at the service was friendly and helpful. A suggestion is the option of key locker with access code at the apartment, so you don’t have to pick up the keys.

It is a very stylish apartment and caters for all needs. It is very well located within an easy walk of the town and the beach. Because we arrived late, we used the key safe. This was very helpful and each to use. Would highly recommend.
