The Guerlain apartment stands out for its location a few steps from Zurriola beach. Located on the first floor of a stately building, next to the old part and the center of San Sebastián, the building has an elevator.The apartment has two bedrooms. The main suite is very bright, and has two individual beds, bathroom, and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds and also has direct access to the terrace. Both bedrooms have large closets. It has an opened concept and fully equipped kitchen. The living room that communicates directly with the terrace is equipped with a dining table for four people, a sofa, and a large-format Smart TV. The two bathrooms are fully equipped and have comfortable showers. It has a large terrace with a motorized awning and outdoor furniture.The apartment has heating for the winter months and air conditioning in the living room for the summer. It also has a free Wi-Fi connection. The location is perfect for practically everything in San Sebastian. Both the best shopping area, the old town, bars and restaurants, everything is just a few steps away.

Property is clean and as described it has a very large outdoor area with table and chairs but could use comfortable seating to take advantage of outdoor space. Location is great! Check-in must be done at a different location and taxis and ride share are difficult to find so works well if you are traveling light! Necessaries like toilet paper and dishwashing soap provided in very limited quantities- no coffee, very limited kitchen/cooking supplies, but plenty of markets nearby.

Comfortable, spacious, great location

The apartment is superbly located in the old part of town. It is central to restaurants and shopping. Beds were remarkably comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious, and bathrooms have nice showers. We found it to be quiet in the evening. The kitchen, however, is poorly equiped for cooking. When we arrived the heat did not work, but a repairman was sent immediatley on a late Friday afternoon to make things right. Phone and message communication with management was quick and efficient. If you come by car do not expect to find street parking. An underground garage a few blocks away costs about 30 EUR per day.

Clean, comfortable and FABULOUS location!

We were very happy with the apartment for the 4 night we stayed (parents adult daughter). It was immediately available and very clean even though we arrived early. The location was perfect with access to everything in Old Town and made all the tourist locations easily walkable. Didn’t really use it because of weather, but the patio is huge - though in the middle of a block of apartments, where voices would carry! A very close supermarket was quite helpful. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms spacious compared to many in Spain. Great to have access to a washing machine/ laundry room halfway through our trip. Nice kitchen, but too many eateries to try, so we didn't use it. The table's chairs left a lot to be desired - don't plan to sit in them for long!Would return and recommend!

Quiet, clean & simple in great location to old town

Stayed for a week here with friends, was a great location to explore the restaurants of old town, easy walk to La Concha Beach, very quiet & clean, porch is large but not scenic. Had to go to rental office to pick up keys, so not super convenient but worth the extra step. I would stay here again.

The apartment is very clean, modern and the 2 bathrooms are the best thing, It is very well located. It has a washer machine and a nice patio. I will stay again in there.

Perfect location

A comfortable stay in the perfect location in old town. Seconds away from wonderful food and wine, the old town is the perfect place to stay on a visit to San Sebastián. Protected from the loudness of weekend drinkers, there is a little bit of noise of the next door dance school which only really affects those who like to siesta. Excellent shower, comfortable beds- all singles, and a simple, easy kitchen with minimal basics.
