"Absolutely fabulous place, gorgeously located, beautiful premises overlooking Los Gigantes. The staff are fabulous also, incredibly kind and attentive, a special shout out to Angela and Nacho, who were lovely and funny and so helpful. The place is beautiful and so clean and fresh, the rooms were also cleaned daily, a pristine job every time. Perfect balcony. "Absolutely fantastic 2 night stay - wish we had stayed longer. The staff (Carlos in particular) were wonderful. One of the most welcoming places we have stayed. Views from villa are stunning, lovely heated pool, spotlessly clean. Villa great size and facilities. We absolutely will be returning. "

"The property is dated and could do with a re vamp due to broken tiles, old baths and dated furniture. You get the room cleaned, new towels and bedding every 2 days"

"Only stayed one night and it was very good value but very dated .Fridge all rusty and that bad the maintenance man brought us a brand new one! Kitchen very small , extractor fan and extractor light not working. Very basic . No wifi in room, small tv although could get some english. Sunbathing on roof very nice , wonderful views"

"We have just returned from a fab week at Villa Flora, we loved everything about the Villa, Janie who greeted us is a superb Welcome Host, the Welcome pack is an added bonus, the location is exactly as described, a short walk from everything, bars, restaurants, shops, entertainment, beach etc and yet the Villa is exceptionally quiet, it is so handy to have the supermarket virtually opposite. My slight gripe is that the beds are hard, I know others may like this but I would have liked a mattress...

"We had a wonderful time in this flat in Puerto de Santiago (los Gigantes)! My sister and I enjoyed most the sun terrace with its nice view, the shade or sun possibilities - the flat has really everything you need for a pleasant stay. From a bbq, to washing Maschine, nice shower, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen so on. We enjoyed a week with nice trips to the beaches, promenades to walk and watch the ocean. The apartment is in the middle of everything, close to restaurants, bars,...

"We loved our stay here. The swimming pool was nice for the kids. View fron terras beautiful. A 15 min walk to the harbor/city centre. Nice warm side of the island, not to windy.Keeper is friendly in communication and helpfull. The apperment was larger then expected from the photo’s en the kitchen was well stocked in cuttlery etc. We had a lovely stay here. "
