This is more of an Airbnb type of accommodation with no registration or service staff, but it’s very easy to access the room via code, and there are only a handful of other rooms. "Nice hotel with helpful staff. Very close to the Leaning Tower. It is quiet at night and the air conditioning was good. They don’t have breakfast but there is a lovely cafe across the piazza. We would return."

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Awesome place, in the centre of everything and close to everything. Real chilled out vibe and amazing breakfast and their staff extremely helpful when u lose your key! "Fabulous little hotel, very clean and comfy bed. There was a kitchen for making tea and coffee which was supplied also crackers and biscuits available to help yourself to. A craft of wine in the room on arrival, which was a nice touch. We had a little veranda to sit out on. Great clear instructions on how to use the key safe on arrival. Owner also ordered our taxi for going back to the airport. Would highly recommend."

"* Room was in good size and clean. * You need to bring your own cup because they don't provide any cup. * Check in was not convenient. This property doesn't have front desk. We contacted the property several days before arrival. They sent us the keypad codes for entrances. But one of the entrance code doesn't work. After contact them through the email they provided on the wall and waited for a while somebody came and opened door for us and gave us the correct code."
