"Our room was towards the back, large a nice and also quiet but not really any view at all from the room. The larger rooms towards the street has more view but noice from the street is probably also more evident. Fair breakfast, wonderful art and old furnitures from Burma. The hotel only has 9 rooms over 3 floors with no elevator (not really a problem for us)."

"I was attending ITM massage school and it’s right across the street. There are also other things walkable nearby, like laundry service, a grocery store, several dining choices, and a pharmacy. Grabs are easy to get and very affordable. Tuk-tuks from nearby tourist things will also bring you back to the hotel. Overall, it was good enough for my purposes and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. "

"The perfect place to base yourself. Quiet location, wonderful staff and the suite was spacious, clean and quiet. Free transport to the old City takes about 10 to 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the airport. "

"Wir (2 Erwachsene und unsere 16-jährige Tochter) haben 4 Tage im Familienzimmer verbracht und waren begeistert. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll und traditionell eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Aksara Heritage is a phenomenal boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel extremely safe and comfortable. Within an hour of arriving they had a massage and mani pedi booked for us and a tour arranged for next day. The grounds are well kept and the surrounding area is very walkable with tons of food and shopping options. Dao and Ming were both instrumental to our stay in Chiang Mai! Would definitely recommend. "

"After a 6 night stay we did not want to leave. So very clean and comfortable and in a great position to explore the city. All staff are a credit to the hotel and are interested in finding out what you got up to during the day. Breakfast was top notch. We had a room with larger bathroom , this hotel is one we will always remember and hope to return to. Allan and Trish, Scotland"

"This is a lovely boutique hotel in the old city. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast is excellent. The hotel is also eco friendly with reusable glass bottles for drinking water. Great place to stay."

"Nice hotel very close to the night market. The breakfast is ok but nothing special although it is cheap. Nice and quiet with a pool on the 2nd flooor."

"Awesome place with pool open until late, wide variety of breakfast options and a family friendly room. Complimentary drinks and fruits at the room. Free bikes to ride around the city. Wall distance from night bazaar market. Pity some tours does not pickup in the hotel, but easy to fix asking in reception or using grab app."
