La Beliza Resort is located 8 miles north of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye's bustling little town. The secluded location is perfect for escaping from the cares of the world and provides a vacation getaway with total relaxation and tranquility. The intimate 17-condo property sits on an undisturbed white sand beach with unobstructed views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea.

Pompano 603 is a spacious two-bedroom, a two-bathroom, beachfront condo that is perfect for two couples or a family. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, veranda access and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and Jacuzzi. The second bedroom features a king-size bed with a shower/tub combination in the bathroom. This suite offers 1669 sq. ft. of living space including a dining area, great room with a sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. High ceilings and rich mahogany accents, add to the modern design and comfort of the villa, making it a true home away from home. The expansive veranda provides a stunning panoramic view of the turquoise Caribbean Sea, swaying coconut trees and the world's second-largest barrier reef, located less than a mile offshore.

The place was great. Large spacious unit with 2 large bedrooms and a beautiful patio with ocean view. Prospective guests should be aware that it is 12km from the town of San Pedro. That's not a long ways, but when transportation on the island is by golf cart, it's roughly 45 min away from central San Pedro. Not a problem if what you are looking for is quiet. But for access to shopping, restaurants, etc. you need to plan for the trip. There is a cute little bar and grill across the street called InDWild - highly recommended. It was reasonably well equipped - and the office onsite can provide anything you need.

Nice quiet place

La Beliza was very nice but 8 miles north of town, so you have to take a golf cart or taxi to get there. 30 min ride on a bumpy road. No restaurant on the property so we had to eat at various places. Picked up a few groceries too. Beautiful view from our balcony though. Nice pool. Anna our host was great at setting up tours, taxi and giving us recommendations. Our main trip was to go snorkeling and Anna set those trips up too. I would stay again but just be aware that you are a ways from the hustle and bustle in town. Which isn't all bad. And have to drive a golf cart around to get to places. We enjoyed our stay at La Beliza!

La Belizia - Very comfortable!!

Great property!!! Very clean, beautiful pool, private beach, and beautiful ocean view off the covered patio. We enjoyed the free kayaks, paddle boards, corn hole & jenga . About a 35-45 minute golf cart ride to San Pedro. A bit farther out of town than we expected, but worth the drive. Unit was comfortable & very nice. Onsite staff are extremely helpful & pleasant. They assisted with setting up diving tours. Highly recommend La Belizia.

Amazing

LaBeliza is such an amazing place to stay. The staff were simply the best group of people we have ever encountered while travelling. Andre the manager is there for you whenever needed, so helpful for everything and friendly. We met Alberto and Rene who would do anything for you and we even had the pleasure of them showing us how to fish off the dock. Thank you boys. We can’t speak highly enough with our experience at LaBeliza, from showing up until the day we left, the cleanliness of the condo to the grounds. Andre and his group are friendly and helpful in any way you need or want. Thank you all for such an amazing time, our group could not thank you enough. Also want to give a shout out to Alberto who saw us the next week in town as we moved places and came over right away to say Hi. This place is a gem, it is out of town a bit but so worth it. The view is top notch and the place we stayed 604 was beautiful. Our group could not be any more happy. Thank you Corey, Tammy, Aaron and Alesha

Perfect Getaway!

Process was easy, staff was helpful and carried our luggage to our room. Manager explained all amenities. View was spectacular. About 30 min golf cart drive from San Pedro.

Relaxing and Gorgeous Getaway!

Our family booked a block of rooms: 503, 505, 506, 603 & 606 and every room was exemplary!! Highly recommend this for a family gathering, both large and small!! We had an amazing vacation at La Beliza! Great place to getaway and relax! The condos were beautiful, spacious, and well kept. We often felt like it was our own home, we were so relaxed! We loved having our coffee on the large patios looking out at the ocean and sunrise. Gorgeous views! The staff were all wonderful and so helpful. The concierge even scheduled a massage on our patio for us, no need to go into town! Our fishing outing was simply awesome! They picked us up on the dock and then made lunch for us with our catch: Conch ceviche and snapper tacos! Yum! We planned ahead and stopped at a grocery store before coming up to La Beliza, which I think is a must. I believe you can also order food to be delivered. We made most of our breakfasts and lunches in our condo and then went out for dinners. However, The restaurant onsite was also wonderful for breakfast, lunch or dinner with generous portions and tasty food. We also enjoyed amazing frozen drinks poolside all afternoon! You are able to take a quick trip into town by boat taxi for dinner or by golf cart. We mainly used the golf carts. I was surprised at how many great restaurants there are in town and we are foodies. On the beach we loved Wayos over the water. The Truck stop has a very cool vibe with food trucks, lawn game area, pool, and screens for sports viewing.. Chef's table was our favorite for an elegant dinner out. The chef prepares the whole meal in front of you. Vic's Bar was fun to end the night with karaoke but also has great food. Secret Beach is a must for a day outing by golf cart as well as going on a snorkeling tour! If you are really ambitious take the Mayan tour on the mainland at the start or end of your trip so that you don't have to pay to go back to the mainland mid trip. We plan to do this next time when we return to La Beliza! We can't wait!
