"Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking lot is small but closed inside gated place. Excellent communication with very friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Place is part of/next to archaeological site & walking distance to theater. Took taxi (called by staff) to Ortigia (4 adults less than 20 Euros). Worth the visit! "

"Fantastic hotel with great facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very tasty (and lovely to eat on the terrace overlooking the sea). Beautiful big room with a balcony right above the sea. A lovely calm atmosphere about the whole place. It was great to be able to go downstairs for a swim with islands to sit on just at the back of the hotel. The upper floor where the loungers were was perfect and a very relaxing place to sit after exploring busy Ortigia. Sabrina also let us...

"FANTASTIC!!! What a gem of a find. Wonderful young man at the front (Nicolas? I already forgot). He took care, and I mean he cared, about everything he could help with. Great customer care and personality. Loved the room and view out the back window. Quiet, clean, comfy, and within walking distance to Ortegia and / or the hop on hop off bus. Great restaurants in the area. Highly recommend Crudo!"

"This was a two night stay. Loved the rooms but didn't like not having someone on site to assist with check in. Although, it was seamless communicating via WhatsApp to check into our rooms. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Syracuse. The parking is secure behind a gate and there were quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Plus there was a bus stop a half a block away for added convenience. "

"This property has it all! Parking, although not free, was close by and safe. The rooftop terrace we enjoyed immensely and the room was very nice. The island is loaded with restaurants and shopping, everything is within a short walk and very safe. We also enjoyed a boat trip around the island. "Had a warm welcome at arrival, with lots of useful information from passionate hosts. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped with big bathrooms and great inviting showers. Rooms had TVs with Amazon sticks so could log into streaming services in the evening, which was a nice touch, when it became too chilly to be out! Ortiga was beautiful, great food, lots to see and do. "
