"Staff were friendly and the host was great! They communicated quickly and efficiently! When we had issues, they reached out immediately and provided solutions. "Overall nice location, great snorkeling across the street from the rental. Clean room on check in but no cleaning service or any additional services provided for rest of the days. The lock to our unit was damaged, it took us 5-7 mins each time we wanted to lock and unlock the door, which was very frustrating, no one came down to take a look or get it fixed. Property manager was not very responsive. "
