"What a wonderful place. The staff are so kind, the rooms sparkling clean, the shower wonderful, hot and good pressure. The location is perfect, an easy walk to the beach where umbrella and chairs are included. The beach is so great here, it is shallow a long way out, perfect for children or anyone who likes to wade and look at sea life and beautiful seashells. There is a beautiful sand bar to walk out to as well! The town of Rodi also just up the hill is so very pretty and charming, nice people...

This is the place to be if you want to stay in Vieste."

"We loved, loved, loved our stay on the Gargano Coast at Petra Maris. Having driven the coast from north to south, this is by far our favorite location. Elegant, clean. peaceful and perfect. I loved that it was away from the crowds but an easy walk to several local, beautiful beaches. Lucia and her family were the most gracious hosts and the breakfasts were outstanding. "The check in was a breeze. Francesca was extremely helpful to work with. She’s fluent in English, and helped us with everything, like directions to the town and parking. There’s a big parking lot in front of the hotel. While the room is a little dated, it is compensated with nice balcony overlooking the sea, and the best Buffett Breakfast in our Italian tour. We also requested 2 extra pilliows as there were only 2 pillows. Thanks Francesca. Will be back."
