"The listing provided showed a listing of a differently painted house, although the inside was clean the outside needs cleaning. The inside smelled like strong cleaning supplies so airing it out was necessary. The door for one of the bedrooms was locked and were told to find a way to open it on our own, so if you need immediate support for anything related to the house, expect you will need to do it yourself. "It’s not as nice as the photos. It’s tired and definitely not air conditioned. We went in the middle of July and it was so hot and miserable to be in a hot old home with no air conditioning. To top it off owner lives in 3rd bedroom of home and demands to keep right side of driveway clear for them to park. Meanwhile the garage is locked off, and the 3rd bedroom in the middle of the house and the back yard are locked off from any usage.. so all you get is 2 beds in a hot tired, dated home. ...

"Good property parking limited didn't realize that the door to the duplex was in the. Rear, but not a problem. Once we found out, it was communicated that it was a duplex grounds in the back could have been manicured better, a lot of cracks in cement, basketball hoop was not on the ploe, there was a large gate that had to be moved to get to the rear and the washing machine dryer and ironing board was in a separate entry from my door outside. dwelling was clean. all of the basic needs available...
