Luxury home Ski in/out in Las Pendientes with stuning views

A stuning and functional house located in the upper side of the exclusive Las Pendientes neighborhood in San Martín de los Andes. Its natural lenga forest and unparalleled views of the Andes mountain range make it a unique option for families or groups looking for comfort, tranquility, and direct contact with Patagonia's stunning nature.

The house has direct access to the two private ski slopes located within the neighborhood. One is 400 meters long with a ski lift and a Magic Carpet. The other is 750 meters long with a steeper slope and a triple chairlift.

Upstairs, the living and dining room connects to a terrace with a grill, ideal for al fresco dining. Downstairs are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with two bunk beds (sleeps 4), all with closets and good ventilation.

The house has internet access and all the amenities for a unique experince, cleaning service is included on tuesday and thursdays. If you arrive by car, please leave it in the main parking lot and take a private transfer to the house (additional charge).

Located at 1,500 meters above sea level in the Las Pendientes neighborhood, in an area renowned for its snow quality in winter and its natural surroundings in summer, it is the perfect starting point for experiencing Patagonia in comfort.

Access to the houses: You can Ski in/out directly from the house. Check-in/check-out is done exclusively with the neighborhood's internal snow transport, for an additional charge. If you arrive by car, you must leave it in the parking lot 250 meters away. Las Pendientes is reached via a dirt mountain road, and during snowy seasons, the road is covered in snow, so it is mandatory to arrive in a 4x4 vehicle or carry snow chains.
