"Palmer’s Guest House was clean, cozy, and perfect for two people to stay in. The rustic interiors were lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. Kristin was very accommodating and threw in a complimentary bottle of wine and a voucher to the restaurant. We had the Sunday Brunch and it was a great meal in a beautiful restaurant. We’ll be staying here again next time we’re in San Marcos."

"I highly recommend this location for visiting San Marcos. We were in town for college move in day for my daughter and this location was just wonderful and accommodated the three of us perfectly. Clean and well kept and the host was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The condo is easy to get to a few blocks off I35. Close to many restaurants, Starbucks, Sam’s Club, etc. The unit was very clean, well appointed, and tvs in each room. Great space with a wash and dryer. The on-site manager was very helpful and quick to respond. The only thing that wasn’t great and it isn’t the fault of this owner - we looked forward to the pool since we didn’t go on our river float but the pool was VERY dirty and the trash was overflowing throughout the complex.
