The villa is spread over several levels:

On the first floor, there are three cozy double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the first floor, there is a suite consisting of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds) and an additional bathroom.
The first floor also features a spacious and bright living room and relaxation area with a hot tub that can accommodate up to 6 people and a sauna.
The property is completed by a large industrial-style kitchen, featuring a wood-fired oven and equipped with appliances such as a slicer, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker—perfect for cooking even for large groups. Please note that a standard refrigerator is available for guests’ use. There is also a fourth bathroom.
Outside, guests can relax in the infinity pool (shared with any other guests and open from May 1 through September 30), admiring the surrounding hilly landscape. The common area features lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a hot-water shower. On the other side, there is an area with outdoor furniture reserved exclusively for the villa’s guests. There is also convenient on-site parking.

Upon request and for an additional fee, extra cleaning services are available.

Additionally, upon request, you can take tours of the vineyards and enjoy wine testings at the family winery.
