"The location is wonderful with the beautiful views of the ocean and listening to the waves crashing was so awesome! It’s very walkable to everything we wanted to see in the area. The “Old O’side Charm” of this property with updated interior made it the perfect stay for my sister and I to relive some of our childhood memories. Excellent communication through text. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful one night stay at this location. Our family traveled to Fallbrook for a wedding. It has beautifulViews and lots of trees. Check in and check out was easy and the hosts were communicative and helpful. We would definitely choose this house again if we are in the area. "

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront condo in Carlsbad. The location couldn't be better—right on the sand with breathtaking ocean views, and just a short walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques. "Enjoyed the location. Property clean but a bit sparse with very limited paper goods (TP, paper towels, napkins etc). Only 1 wine glass which was surprising but okay. Internet was a bit spotty but we were able to make calls depending on where you were in the house. Communication with owner was great and check in and check out was easy. Great location right on the water."

"Host is really responsive. Inside of place is really nice BUT you are right off of the highway and it’s loud. Bedrooms are in back of house so it’s actually fine in back, but front of house is loud. Again, very well kept though. It’s really a short ride to the beach and you’re right off the highway so if you’re just looking for a place to crash this is a great place. Driveway is also incredibly steep. So it all depends on what you’re expecting and looking for. It worked well for us."

"Everything was good. The complex and location is great. There was a lot of construction going on and combined with our unit facing the parking lot and street and the railroad tracks meant there was a lot of noise."

"There’s lots to love about this sweet cottage. We had a great stay. It is especially good for adults for walking to the beach and nearby restaurants. So many great food options! It was a little harder for our family with a child that wasn’t super psyched to walk a 1/2 to the beach and restaurants. Yes, the property is a block from the ocean, but it is not a block from a beach where you would put down a chair and walk in the sand. Thad’s more like 1/2 mile. Otherwise a great stay!"
