"It is a short distance from the beach where we surfed the entire 5 days of our stay there and all the shops and restaurants in Tamarindo. Price of food at restaurants was extremely overpriced and I appreciated that the apartment has all the basics to cook a meal. AC worked great, nice small but clean pool. Also had parking available and staff was very accommodating. I hated the noisy metal framed stairs to the loft and we can hear the next door "neighbors" go up and down plus their voices...

"Villa Concha was perfect for our full wedding party during our wedding week. Everyone had their own comfortable spaces and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen, living room, and all outdoor spaces were large, clean, and a great space for everyone to hangout. The pool was great with beautiful views! "This property was fantastic and we absolutely loved our stay here! It was only a 10 minute walk or so to the beach which was stunning. It was homey, clean, secure, filled with wildlife, and let me just say I think I may have taken the best naps of my life on those hammocks.
