"Great hotel. There is construction around the hotel and it was little challenging to easily find the entrance but I realized that the hotel and the mall are connected (then I saw the entrance.) I was concerned about arriving late, but there was no issue. I felt completely safe. I think I got an upgrade. The 1 bedroom aparthotel was incredible. Too much space, really, for one person. "Check in / front desk and guards are very helpful and they always greeted you with a smile. The place is very clean and new, just a simple suggestions, it would be nice if there’s a kitchen towel, pot holder to use inside the unit and instead of a small oven toaster, i think microwave will be more useful and additional socket adaptor for small kitchen appliances would be better as well, but overall experinece is excellent! "A great place to stay for a solo traveler. Glenn communicates very well prior to your arrival. It was easy to “check in” once you get to the residence. The place itself is fantastic.
