This 5,000-square-foot, three-level home sits just 50 steps from the beach and offers breathtaking rooftop views. Thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated, every detail has been carefully curated to ensure a comfortable, unforgettable stay.
As our personal family residence when not rented, the home reflects warmth, care, and a deep attention to detail. Ideally situated in Ocean Park, you're just minutes from all the attractions.

You’ll have the entire three-story home to yourself, featuring 5 spacious bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a dining table that seats 12, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen. Multiple seating areas and expansive decks on the 2nd, 3rd, and rooftop levels offer plenty of space to relax. Enjoy a private, year-round heated pool—a true luxury in Puerto Rico—plus an outdoor dining area and BBQ.

Comfortably accommodating 10 guests, the home can sleep up to 14 with additional bunk beds. Each large bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, queen or king bed with memory foam mattresses, premium linens, and ample pillows. Bathrooms come with mirrors that feature built-in Bluetooth speakers. Every room has a 50" LED TV with Roku for Netflix, HBO, and live TV streaming. High-speed 2GB fiber optic WiFi covers the entire house.

Climate control is top-notch with inverter A/C units throughout, plus a full-home backup generator and water cistern for uninterrupted comfort and peace of mind.

The modern interior boasts Italian-imported porcelain tiles, triple-pane soundproof windows for coolness and quiet, and solid teak cabinetry handmade for the kitchen and bathrooms. High-end European fixtures add a touch of elegance. The massive kitchen island is perfect for gathering, and the second-floor lounge includes a pool table for entertainment. Furniture is from Pottery Barn, West Elm, or custom-made.

Ocean Park’s prime location sits between Isla Verde and Condado/Old San Juan, offering quick access (5-15 minutes) to top attractions and dining, while providing a safe, gated, and quiet residential neighborhood with 24-hour rotating security. Uber is plentiful and affordable if you prefer not to rent a car, though there’s a driveway with an automatic gate if you do.

For your convenience, the home includes beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, towels, and coolers. Fully furnished and well-equipped, just let me know if you need anything else to make your stay perfect.

Please note, the pool is heated to a comfortable 86–88°F to ensure maximum enjoyment while maintaining balanced water chemistry. The entire pool is heated uniformly, so the smaller sitting area cannot be heated separately, though it does feature soothing bubbles for added relaxation.
