This beautiful ocean front/city view two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the popular Isla Verde tourist section, where you will find the most spectacular beach in San Juan. It is located on the 6th floor of Marbella del Oeste and has a spectacular city view from the balcony. The bedrooms have a king size and a queen size bed. It has a Living/dining room area and a fully equipped kitchen with ice maker , and washer and dryer for simple washing. For big load washing, there are coin operated machines located in the lower lobby.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very clean and exactly what we needed for our family. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating for our family of five. It was located right on Isla Verde beach which was beautiful and fun for swimming and relaxing. There were a lot of great food options within walking distance. We had a little difficulty checking in because I had trouble finding all of the check-in information in the vbro app. It was spread out in several different locations and I had to hunt around for all of the details that we needed. I reached out to the hosts and they were very responsive in helping us. Based on my feedback, they said they plan to consolidate all of the check-in information in a message to make it simpler on future guests to check in. We will definitely stay here again if we ever have the privilege of making it back to Puerto Rico.

Perfect location, right on the beach. Easy to get to where you want to go. Go have a drink at Chico’s, you won’t regret it. Only downside is the noise at night. Loud music late into the night most of the time we were there.

Could use improvements

I hate to give any negative feedback since the communication was prompt but I have to be honest with the hopes that the property owner makes some improvements. Everything went smooth for check in and the communication with the owner was top notch. My complaints would be that there was not enough supplies to make the stay a 5 star experience. I didn’t have enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, or laundry soup for my stay. I addressed the trash bags and that was taken care of immediately. I left a note for the cleaning lady on the rest of the items and it was thrown away and ignored. I had to buy the other items which if stayed in hotels would have been provided and I felt should have been enough provided with this stay as well. We had to throw away a lot of food and go eat out because the stove is a POS. If you plan to cook while there, you will be very disappointed to find the stove needs to be replaced. We could not boil a pot of water on any of the burners. One of the nights we kept boiling water in the tea pot and then transferring it the the large pot but even doing that, the stove is so bad that it wouldn’t even keep boiled water going in the large pot. The place is a little outdated but the pictures showed that and I went in fully knowing it wasn’t a 5 star hotel and was fine with it being outdated. Not having enough supplies and not having a stove that worked properly was super disappointing. With those simple improvements, I would stay again every time.

Wonderful Stay

Very clean and not just the apt. but the lobby as well, friendly respectable staff, beautiful pool and beach. Apt, had all that we needed ( it even provided us with beach towels).Living room plus bedrooms each had their own TV. Across the street is a Walgreen, Pizza City which is open 24/7 (serves breakfast, lunch & dinner and not just pizza). During the week days it is fairly quiet, on weekends it is fairly hopping with people walking at all hours but, there is a constant police presence that makes you feel safe. The building is safe, only tenants with a sensor & a special beeper can get through the front gate to the building & parking lot. and they also have their own security personnel. We really had a wonderful stay.

Perfect stay

We had a great stay! The apartment is right on the beach and on the busy strip of Isla Verde. Bedrooms are on the street side so it can be noisy at night but it did not keep us up. We had a baby who was also able to sleep through any noise on the street. The apartment was very clean and the host is very quick to respond with any questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for friends and family.

Spring Break Vacaion

Spring Break Vacation

We are a family of three. Our host was generous with his time and very prompt in getting back. The security staff is very helpful. The condo is located on the beach and in a very desirable neighborhood. We shall return.

Property was very clean and nice. The only downside is that it faces the street, so noise level is high at all hours of the night. Bring ear plugs, and it will be no problem.

Nice stay

Unit was clean and as described. There were plenty of utensils and paper products. We stayed 4 days and didn’t have to buy additional toilet paper, trash bags, etc. There was a beautiful pool and beach area. In February, the pool was to cold to swim in. Great location. Walgreens and restaurants across the street. Loud at night. Recommend a noise machine or ear plugs.

Condo in Isla Verder

The apartment was very clean and well tended, the owner easy to communicate with and responsive, the building neighbors and staff friendly and welcoming. It was a bit noisy, even throughout the night, but it was manageable. I wish I had clarified that "beachfront condo" referred not just to the building, but to the apartment as well, but I do not fault the owner for that. All in all, a very nice, very clean place to stay with easy access to a lovely beach.

The host was always available and took care of any issues we had. The condo is on the beach and centrally located - with short uber trips to stores, Old San Juan, and restaurants. 24 hour security and the condo has electronic locks and gates for security.

Isla Verde Stay

The place is as advertised and in a great location. You can walk to restaurants, CVS, Walgreens, etc. We had a bit of an issue during check-in but Genova was on point and handled things professionally. I definitely will stay here again.
