*This villa is sanitized and clean thoroughly each and every time our guests come and leave.*

*The apartment is located in a residential area inside the resort. We only host families and respectful guests. If you are a group looking for party, please do not book. Check in window until 10pm. If your flight arrives after 9pm, do not book. *

Beautiful and Spacious Villa located in the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Puerto Rico Golf & Beach Resort, and Margaritaville Vacation Club. The villa has a huge balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and El Yunque Rainforest.
This spacious 3 bedroom and 3 1/2 bathrooms sleeps 8 people. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom for privacy. 1st Master bedroom has a King bed with full bathroom and french doors that opens to the balcony for an awesome view when you wake up. The 2nd Master has a Queen bed, and the tub was remove and added a shower. The 3rd bedroom also has it's own full bathroom and it fits 6 guest. It has 2 Full bottom and Twin top bunk beds.
This beautiful and tropical 2nd floor villa is located in the newest development of the resort. No stairs!! The condo has elevators from the parking lot directly to your door. Only 2 apartments per floor in each tower.
Gather around in the great room where you can either watch TV, sit and read, have dinner or just meet in the big open kitchen with second family area.
Open the doors to the great terrace and enjoy the view also from the kitchen and master bedroom.
Go down the stairs if you want to exercise or take the elevators to the great pool with more amazing views to the beach and resort areas.
This property is strategically close to many key sights to see and do in PR.
5 minutes from Luquillo Kioskos, 10 minutes from El Yunque Rainforest, 20 from the Bio luminescent Bay in Fajardo, 40 from San Juan Airport SJU.

Amazing Views

This place was better than the pictures. Awesome layout that made it a very comfortable stay. The view is breathtaking. Magda was very quick to respond to our questions. Would 100% recommend this condo.

Amazing Stay!

We had a fantastic stay for 7 nights just after Christmas and over New Year’s. The location of this condo is amazing. Luquillo Beach and the kiosks are just a few minutes drive away and the Wyndham hotel/beach/golf are all on property. Tons of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Magda is super friendly and prompt with her communication. The photos don’t do the place justice. The views from the balcony are just stunning and the balcony is massive. It was a great spot for us and we would happily return.

Wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We loved sitting on the balcony in the rocking chairs and listening to the birds and short periods of rain. It was so relaxing and very quiet. We all slept well in the comfy beds and had plenty of room to spread out for our family of 4. The location could not have been more perfect. We rented a car and drove into San Juan one day. We enjoyed 2 days in the rain forest close by. We drove to the Luquillo Kiosk and enjoyed shopping and good food. The rental company was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this place!

Summer vacation

The property was clean and well appointed. Beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding area from the top of the hill. Magda, the property manager, was quick to answer any questions we had. will definitely be back.

Stunning views, home away from home

My famiy and I had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico while staying at this amazing villa. It is centrally located to Luquillo beach and the Rainforest. There were stores close by for essentials and Amigos supermarket was only 16 minutes away. The villa is equipped with everything you need to start your vacation. The layout is very spacious. We had a family of 9 (one of which was a 1 year old infant), 4 adults and 4 children. We had plenty of space to spread out when needed. The ultimate beauty was the terrace. We spent so much time here. I enjoyed sitting in one of the rocking chairs while drinking my coffee with the view of the ocean, palm trees and rainforest every morning. The villa pool, beach club pool and private beach were loved by the kids. We even found a basketball court and trampoline on the resort for the kids to play. This space is clean and well maintained. I appreciate the quick response from management when I had questions. The power went out on us one night through mid morning, which we were aware could happen, however we were refunded some money for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend this villa if you are visiting this area of Puerto Rico for your next family vacation. Thank you so much for opening up your home. It was an amazing time.

Definitely recommend to others

We enjoyed our stay in the villa so much that I have already recommended it to others. It was nice to be within the walls of the resort and have access to restaurants/bars, yet be up on the hill enjoying the views and breezes. The villa is very large with plenty of space for all of your guests. The villa pool was very quiet and close by. We typically drove to the beach (we rented a golf cart one day to explore) which had a nice pool and beach access. Beach lounge chairs were also available which made it even better. The villa location was great to visit the rainforest, rock waterslides, and zip lining. We also took day trips on a catamaran to Icacos (too windy to get to Culebra) and to Vieques (flight/ferry). Our location was convenient to all of these adventures. Puerto Rico and the villa certainly exceeded my expectations. Thanks for a great Spring Break 2022!

Just what we were hoping for

Confortable, beautiful interior, great view. Everything we needed for two couples sharing a space. Huge kitchen and outdoor space were perfect for when we wanted to eat in. Magda was so helpful the few times we needed assistance. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Views

In August, our family of seven enjoyed a ten-day stay at the condo, having virtually all meals on the balcony that offered such wonderful and sweeping views. The electric grill on the balcony facilitated some tasty Puerto Rican-styled steaks after a day out exploring and having fun. We really appreciated the washer and dryer as we liked to wash our swim suits after spending time at the beach. The free lounge chairs from the club house allowed us to comfortably relax and enjoy the tropical views: coconut trees, sand, surf, ocean, and sky. The beach next the club house was sandy all the way out as far as we could walk. Our sons took advantage of the surfs with the readily available boogie boards. Lastly, the self check-in process was painless and swift because Magda's detailed instructions were very helpful and precise. We would like to thank you for sharing the wonderful condo.

Love this place

We truly loved this property. This is our second time to the area, and second different apartment. We loved the layout with the 3 bedrooms, and how they were separated from the rest of the apartment. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The property was exactly as described. We would definitely return here.

We reserved 5 nights and stayed 4. The property layout it's very nice, it has potential to be a better property. The owners should invest in putting more lighting in the kitchen area. The bathrooms need repair. When we arrived the shower head in the queen bedroom was broken and we waited until the next afternoon for handyman to repair. The master bathroom tub does not drain well and the shower head does not fully open. Like I said the property has potential to provide a much better stay. The amount of shower towels provided for 8 people (4 kids) was limited and I ended up doing laundry everyday so we could have clean bath towels. Even though a cleaning lady was there prior to out arrival, we found that some areas dusty and corners were not clean.

Great family vacation

We stayed here a few days (family of 10) for our family trip to PR. The place was great. It had everything we needed and the view was amazing. The communication with the owners was great also. We arrived really late for check in and she was patient and helped us with the process quickly. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Family Birthday Getaway

Had the opportunity to enjoy a long weekend with my wife extended family. Magda our host, was great. She gave us detail instructions and look for our comfort during the stay. The property have a breathtaking view with a great distribution of the living areas. The bed rooms are spacious with excellent accommodations. The gulf car is very convenient to move around the golf course and the beach. Had a lovely time and can’t wait to return

Fabulous!

This property was as clean and neat as seen in the pictures. The view... stunning! The parking, elevator, check-in process, balcony/terrace, kitchen, family room, bedrooms, laundry... all ready for you. Magda's availability was great. my husband and sons appreciated as well the apartment, accommodations, and amenities. Very highly recommended the stay at Villa Corazon!!

Perfect place to stay !

This property and the manager were just perfect ! You can’t beat the view or the location. It was perfectly clean, had all the Cookware we needed and a “spice box” with all sorts of spices in it as well. A short golf cart trip to the beach club and the perfect day under A palm tree with fruity drinks and food from the grill at the beach club! Everyone on the beach was nice and fun as well. Your host was exceptional as well. Seamless check in and check out. Ready to answer any questions and a wealth of knowledge of the locale. The surrounding area is full of little shops and great places to eat as well. Wife and I had two teenagers and all four of us were happy in the condo. Rent a car ! San Juan is only 40 minutes away and an easy drive to shop.. then back to the condo for wine on the porch and the great breezes and view of the golf course, beach and the stars! All the residents we met were so nice and gracious as well. You won’t go wrong making this your place to stay ! When I go back ... and I will .. I am going to hit the rain forest which is a short drive. The resort has Great things to do as well if your not as adventuresome as us ! Casino golf etc... I really just can’t say enough good things about this property , your host , and Puerto Rico!!!

Wonderful first trip to Puerto Rico!

This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico. We were so well taken care of. I was so impressed by the hospitality and quick response to all of our questions. The property was very well furnished, clean, and the views were spectacular. I highly recommend renting to the golf cart to get around the Wyndham property.
