Amazing charming apartment with swimming pool (2 bedrooms-2 bathrooms, and a half bath) located 10 STEPS from the sand of the most beautiful urban beach in Puerto Rico. Located in Condado and Ocean Park, San Juan, a lively (and the safest) neighborhood. Walking distance to a variety of local and trendy restaurants and 10 minutes cab ride from the airport and Old San Juan. We have a power plant in case the electricity goes of in the area, very important since Hurricane Maria!!!
Enjoy the peaceful breeze and sun in the mornings in the top roof swimming pool or beach and then have fun exploring restaurants, pubs, disco, etc. in Condado (drinks), Old San Juan (Salsa), Isla Verde (disco), Piñones (Bomba y Plena) in the evenings.
Ask the owner for larger groups.

Swimming pool available: You share our top roof swimming pool with our other apartment, Sol.

Top entertainment walking distance: We have all kind of restaurants: Puertorican, Mexican, Japanish, Spaniard, international, healthy, vegetarian, Argentinian, Italian, French, Peruvian...walking distance.

The owner and manager are exceptional. The step by step info to get there, enter, and use the property were all 100% clear. The design of this building is unique and worked well for our family of 6, 2 parents 4 young adults. Perhaps it is worth mentioning that this wouldn't be a good fit for anyone that can't carry luggage and supplies up stairs.This is a busy rental property with some areas of wear and tear, all typical for the area. Despite that, this place was cleaned very well and we were immediately comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and access to the beach can't be beat! Appreciated the available chairs, toys, etc as this saved us some . We loved the roof, a couple of flights of stairs up and you are in a different world. The view is incredible, the small rooftop pool was a lot of fun after busy days in SJ.Perhaps the biggest impact on us was the extensive info provided for the area by the owner and manager. The detailed info on restaurants, points of interest, etc. was so great and beyond appreciated! We would 100% go back to this property without hesitation!

We absolutely loved our stay at this family-friendly property. (2 adults, and 2 kids ages 8 and 10). The location is ideal for anyone who wants to experience local food and local neighborhood delights without being too far from the more touristy areas. There were kids on scooters in the street, friendly cats, and welcoming local businesses. Ana provided restaurant recommendations that were all spot on; there is so much great food within walking distance. The apartment itself is well appointed and comfortable. We had a few leak issues perhaps due to heavy rain one of the days, but nothing that impacted our enjoyment. The rooftop pool is absolutely lovely, and the beach just outside the apartment is quiet and beautiful. We were already plotting our return by the time we left!

Great location. Just a very short walk to the beach. Spacious accommodations. Only issue was shower in the second bathroom did not have hot water. Great visit

My friends and I had a great week at this property. It was a super quiet neighborhood with easy walking access to a number of shops, bars, and restaurants, great beach within a few steps, super easy to access the property, amazing penthouse pool and deck with views of the beach, the host Ana was very welcoming and quick to respond to any question, very short uber rides to Old San Juan, and the air-conditioning was in perfect order. Would definitely stay here again!

Getaway with childhood friends

The apartment was perfect for 5 of us. We had ample space and enjoyed the apartment, the pool, and the location to the beach. We took ubers, taxis, and rented a car for part of the stay. Easy with transport, close proximity to restaurants. We loved the vacation. We would do it again!

Rejuvenating City Seaside Retreat

We had a wonderful short Christmas getaway. Walking distance to coffee shops, bakeries, Walgreens, and restaurants. The rooftop view and beach is everything! Even through the pool was being repaired, the beach being steps away made going for a refreshing swim a breeze. You can hear the waves while lounging on the indoor outdoor hammock. I enjoyed my coffee on the beach, with complementary beach lounge chairs, towels, hats and toys. Our hosts thought about everything including a welcome gift/drink, and clear entry instructions even with our flight landing at 1:30am! Connected us to Sergio a great tour operator, who arranged transportation to and from the rainforest -we did not need a car. There were some light skylight leaks with the heavy rain, nothing stopped our family from having a great time (a short uber ride away from Distro T-Mobile, Old San Juan). Thank you so much Ana, Ive and Isa we will definitely be back on the second floor for 24/7 ocean views next time!

Perfect location & wonderful property

This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults. The location is fantastic, just a few steps from the beach with great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Communication with, and recommendations from, the owner & manager were fabulous (thanks again for recommending Fix-A-Trip PR. Sergio, Ryan - rain forest guide, & Danny - surf instructor were all great). we've used many guides on other trips and these guys all matched up with the best we've had. Highly recommended all around.

Great location steps from the beach. Ana is always available to help. Our family loves to cook so this apartment was set up perfectly for us. The kitchen and common room are one very large space. One wall is almost entirely sliding glass doors which open to a garden balcony to let in the ocean breeze. The hammock is a welcome touch. We just love the Parque neighborhood north of McLeary. It is the best placed area of SJ. Quiet and residential, yet walking distance to both C Loiza for food and shopping, and Condado for touristy stuff. The surf here is very manageable most of the time. Can't wait for our next trip back to San Juan.

Arrive to the sound of the ocean waves…

Great location and close to everything. Morning coffee and a bakery just a few blocks away. GREAT air conditioning! Unique property design and decor and plenty of room for our 5 adults. So grateful for the provided beach towels, which are extra large. Lovely view and breeze in the pool area. Everyone slept very well and the rain showers are perfect for sunburned vacationers. Stair haters (and the over-packers who have to climb them) beware! Ana provided step-by-step checkin instructions with photos which was a BIG help. She was also quick to answer any texts. Grateful for backup water tanks! Only critique is the shared hallway light shines through the glass front door which is visible (and bothersome) for anyone sleeping in the common area loaded with futons. Maybe add a shade? Only thing I’d recommend is not renting a car if staying here. Although you can get a designated parking spot, the streets are narrow and permanent residents fill the streets. Backing out is challenging and sometimes people park behind you. Don’t be afraid to talk to the guys in the chairs across the street. Although unsure of their purpose, they were very helpful, like private security.

Fabulous vacation!

We had an amazing time. The villa was comfy, great location to the beach and restaurants. Morning coffee on the roof deck and checking out the stars in the evening. Beautiful view of the ocean and relaxing sound of waves.

Excellent stay!

We loved staying here! So close to the beach, restaurants and grocery! Easy check in/check out and great recommendations from the owner about exciting things to do! The owners also recommended the tour company Fix a Trip - Sergio accommodated us last minute and our boat tour was amazing!! We would love to go back!

Great Place - Met All Our Needs

This was a great place, that met all of our family needs - for a very good price. I have a family of 6 (2 parents, 3 kids, 1 abuela) and we had plenty of beds and space in the apartment to feel comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Location: Close to San Juan (Uber/Taxi is best); Good location to drive to other areas (El Yunque, Luquillo beach, adventure parks, etc.); Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store; AND it really is right next to the beach! It was so nice & easy to just take the beach chairs and towels provided and walk on over to the beach. Parking: I reserved a space so we never had an issue with parking. Property Manager: EXCELLENT! Ana was GREAT! She responded to all my questions/requests promptly. If we didn't have something, she got it to us right away. If there was an issue, she took care of it right away. Owner: Prior to our stay, Isabel responded to all my questions about the property promptly. She also provided extensive information about restaurants, activities/tours and other topics that were very helpful. She made my search for places to eat and things to do a lot easier because she took the time to provide the information. Improvements: A couple of days it rained hard enough for the ceiling to leak a little bit. This did not impact our stay, but something to be aware of. Overall: This place met our needs. We were close to the places we wanted to visit and things we wanted to do. We used the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner when we were in. Going to the beach was easy because beach chairs, beach towels and other beach stuff were provided (a BIG bonus). It was walking distance to good restaurants and the grocery store. As I stated above, I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Best host and property I’ve ever stayed at!

This place is beyond amazing!!! The photos does zero justice! Everything was great! The house is in the PERFECT location. Right on the beach, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and more! The views of the beach are amazing!! Much better than what the photos show. The property also had EVERYTHING you need! The natural sunlight into the living room was amazing! The set up of the property was amazing! The neighborhood was amazing! The people were amazing!… and to top it off, the HOSTs were amazing! They are the best host I’ve EVER encountered while renting private homes. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. The ONLY negative thing is that there was blonde hair everywhere; sticking to us in the shower, from the floors and from the living room couch. HOWEVER, I truly understand that hair and sand are some of the hardest things to completely clean up. You will forever find it somewhere lol We def felt at home at this place and it will be my go to place when I return and where I will send all of my clients!

PERFECT STAY

Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations from reservation to departure. Isabel and her team were extremely informative and accommodating throughout the entire process. The unit is clean, open, comfortable and felt like home immediately - with so many amenities included (even beach towels, sunscreen & beach chairs). The beach is gorgeous and just across from the property. The rooftop pool was immaculate (cleaned twice during our 7 day stay) and the deck area was a perfect place to play, eat & drink all day. The location is super-convenient to restaurants, nigh-life/bars, shops, and grocery stores. With several excursions and adventures, the community is friendly and a safe place to go exploring. As you can tell, we loved our stay at this property and hope to go back with our friends and family again soon! Thank you Isabel, Juan & Team!
