Bright spacious studio apartment in a building directly on a pristine stretch of white sandy beach. Condominium Stella Maris is centrally located at 1 Condado Avenue in the heart of El Condado, across from the pool of the San Juan Stellaris Marriott Resort and Casino.
The fifth floor location allows for spectacular views, but is still low enough for you to be lulled to sleep by the surf at night. A full wall of sliding glass doors on the ocean side opens up to tropical breezes and a panoramic vista. Black out curtains allow you to sleep late in the morning or have a siesta when in the mood.
This cheery studio apartment was recently renovated with travetine floors throughout including the bathroom, a new flat screen TV and high speed internet There is original artwork throughout and you certainly know you're in the Caribbean. This rent by owner condo is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you might need to relax and enjoy your vacation in Puerto Rico.
With the endless possibilities of natural disasters and health emergencies travel insurance is available through VRBO and recommended.

Please be advised we cannot break a week or a month to accommodated 3 or 4 for nights booking.
Except during holiday periods, if we have 3 or 4 nights hanging or left from a week or a month we might consider renting 3 or 4 nights.

As a reminder, Smoking in the apartment and the building is forbidden. If you choose to smoke there will be a deep cleaning fee assessed to the renter to remove the odor.

The listing is spot on. This is right on the beach and in the midst of everything in Condado. Great views of the ocean and most of the places you would need to visit, like restaurants and shopping, is within walking distance. We used this as our starting point and traveled the island from here. Very convenient location. Eric was very helpful with everything needed for the unit. Check in was smooth and check out went well. Eric is a great host and went above and beyond what most hosts would do. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to everything Condado Beach has to offer and if you want a great beach view.

Wonderful condo on the beach, with beach access right outside the building. We appreciated the kitchen and nice bathroom. We used the beach chairs provided. We slept with the balcony doors open...what an experience. Comfy bed. Great communication with owner.

We had the best time staying at Eric’s VRBO right on the beach! The view was incredible and there were so many great restaurants and walking distance. Eric is an amazing host, we got to meet him when we arrived so he walked us through the whole arrival process. If we return to PR, we will definitely come back here! Highly recommend!

Studio was very clean and comfortable. Host was outstanding and provided excellent information regarding the property and surrounding neighborhoods. Tremendous views from the studio with easy access to the beach. Highly recommend the Ropa Vieja Grill just blocks from the studio.

The view and sounds of the ocean were phenomenal. The condo was central to some shopping and restaurants and it had all the items needed to feel at home! The only complaint I have is no screens in the windows or doors, to be able to enjoy the outside air and sounds (but this is no fault of the owner, I didn't see any screens in Puerto Rico)! We met and spoke with the owner who was wonderful and very helpful and informative, as well. Just a wonderful time all around.

Awesome View! Amazing Location! Beautiful Unit!

This has got to be the best place in all of Condado! The view is second to none. Breathtaking! The decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. It had everything we needed. It’s definitely the best location. There were unlimited places to eat in walking distance of just about anything you want. Walgreens is on the same block as this place. Oh, and Eric is a great host giving us all the info we needed. Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! If you want all, this is place. Thank you Eric for your hospitality and we hope you are still there when we come back to Puerto Rico. We absolutely fell in love and didn’t want to leave.

Eric was a wonderful host even though we just talked over the phone and the place was exactly as he explained. He sent me instructions with pictures and texts you couldn't possibly make a mistake getting into the facility and the lock box and the codes Etc. The housekeeper was adorable and helpful the maintenance man was right there to help and Alex who also had a few vrbo's in the building was very helpful also. Thank you Eric it was a wonderful experience!

Eric was the most communicative and helpful host I’ve worked with so far. He provided excellent, detailed information about how to access the condo, the area around the property, and things to do in San Juan. The condo is was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. He even provided beach chairs and beach towels. We loved it!

Exactly how described and then some, great communication by the owner and awesome directions. No issue at check-in. Woke up every morning, had my cup of coffee watching the waves come in. Safe and secure area. Would rent again and recommend.

Wonderful Oceanview Stay

The condo was clean, convenient and very secure. The views of the ocean were incredible, the bed was very comfy and, although it was hot while we visited, the breeze that came through the doors prevented us from touching the AC. We were steps away from the ocean, minutes away from delicious food and a quick taxi/Uber/Lyft from Viejo San Juan.

Hit the beach!

This listing is as advertised! Excellent accommodations with careful consideration to guests needs. My wife and I spent a week at Erics studio on the beach. Plenty to do within walking distance, or Uber to nearby Old San Juan. Would love to return someday and let the sound of the ocean lull us to sleep….

Amazing place, great location

We had everything we needed for a short stay in Condado area. Amazing views, ocean breeze are breathtaking. Apartment is fully equipped with all you need. Convenient commute to old town. Groceries, cafes, restaurants- all within minutes. The beach is vibrant though swimming might be challenging, it’s not quiet waters. We loved it though.

A beautiful relaxing condo in the heart of Condado.

From signing the agreement to leaving for home, Eric has been the greatest host. The condo is very clean comfortable, safe and completely stocked with everything you need for a comfortable weeks stay. The picture is what you get, a beach view that you will not want to leave. We never turned on the air conditioning, the ocean breeze and sound of the waves, created a perfect night’s sleep. Walk out the door and you are either on the beach or in the middle of restaurants and convenience stores.Eric helped create a dream vacation with a beautiful room and his never ending hospitality.

Gorgeous view and excellent location

We loved our stay here. It had everything you needed and more (beach towels, coolers, etc.). The location was directly on the beach with a beautiful view from the 5th floor and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is a very safe and secure place, hence there are several keys, a fob and a parking gate opener to work with. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided detailed instructions. If we visit San Juan again we will definitely contact the owner.

The place is absolutely stunning with a great ocean view and balcony. The owner is so easy to understand and very responsive to questions via vrbo or text. Its in a very walkable area with lots to see and do/eat. We Will be back again

Birthday getaway

Just chexked put of Eric's property Rhe space is exactly how its listed on vrbo. The ocean view is spectacular and prettier than what you would expect. Wether is waking up or napping to the ocean and wave sounds it made for a relaxed vacation. The room is quaint and very clean perfect if you want to recharge or reconnect with your partner or spouse. Its equipped with the required and adequate ameneties from beach chairs to cooler so that you may enhoy a day on the beach. We opted to rent chaira and umbreall as theey also have thiae available to you on the beach.The area is safe and restuarants are relatively available walking distance.and if not just an uber ride away. Eric is extremely warm and friendly and only a text away if needed. He was very attentive and responsive throughout my trip. Thanks again for the umbrella! I truly reocmmend that you rent his space you will not be disappointed and I look forward to renting and visiting in tje near future
