The accommodations were beautiful, the layout was so great , we were 9 adults , the place was huge , everyone had there own bed. The sunsets were amazing incredible, even better than the pictures. And Claudia and Elsi were very accommodating, and so so helpful. Hope to be back someday !

This home is spectacular and the entire area is beautiful. We loved all of the outdoor space Available including the outdoor dining area. At the end of the beach are to restaurant/bar which we utilized regularly. We love the remoteness of the area and everything about player Marsella. Claudia was wonderful. We highly recommend and hope to back soon!

Superbe maison mais l accès est très très difficile et ceci n était pas spécifié dans l annoncé et c est très regrettable. C est un très gros handicap surtout quand il a plu Sinon autre problème pour nous pas d électricité pendant 12 heures, wifi très aléatoire et dernier jour impossible de prendre une douche car pas d eau. Quand on paie 4000 dollars pour 3 nuits on se attend en plus de la beauté et situation exceptionnelles a des prestations à la hauteur Sinon à part ça nous avons passé un très très beau séjour et le soleil était au rdv Les prestations et la sympathie de Claudia la cuisinière ont été très appréciées

We could not have asked for a more perfect stay! The home was beautiful and comfortable and worked well with our large group. The property is large enough that everyone had more than enough space to relax and explore. Playa Marsella is a very quiet beach and most of the week we had the beach to ourselves. The kids had fun exploring the rocks, and the ocean was calmer than other nearby beaches. We opted to have Erica cook for us every night and the food was wonderful! The staff that worked with the property were very helpful as well. Claudia helped us with items throughout the week and kept us well supplied with beach towels! Veronica was also very helpful in advising us on tours, transportation and even helped us rent boogie boards for the kids. The house is several miles away from SJDS. We were aware of that and planned grocery trips and transportation to activities during our stay. This isn’t a location where you will be near activities or nightlife which was exactly what we wanted! It is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. We immediately felt at home there and hope to return again soon!

It’s nice view ocean but too many rocks and need more attention the around too many dogs on the beach and needs some new paint the water shower are not working and they have to charge us if the electric meter

This is a great location for San Juan Del Sur. The beach is great and the local food is amazing.
