Easy freeway access (280, 101, 87), close to San Jose State University (2.2mi), Santa Clara University (5.1m), SJ Airport (4.5mi), Santana Row/Valley Fair (5mi), SAP center (2mi), SJ Convention Center(1mi), O'Connor Hospital (5mi), great for family trips or work.

Cute home with great location close to airport and Levi Stadium

The property is very cute and cozy. You can tell there was a lot of effort put into the remodel. Lots of room and nice furnishings. We would stay again if in the area. Things that could’ve gone better: We didn’t know that someone was living in the basement apartment. We arrived to a lot of unlocked windows and even open windows behind blinds that we didn’t realize were open. It caused a bit of concern for our safety when we discovered that and heard what sounded like someone trying to get into the back door. This could’ve been avoided by communicating that windows could’ve been left open or unlocked by cleaners and that someone lives on property….As someone visiting an area you aren’t as comfortable with the “safety” of an area when you are staying in a VRBO with coded doors and unlocked and open windows. I’m not writing this to deter anyone from staying as it’s a great property, but just as an FYI to prevent a negative experience if you know these things upfront.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our recent stay in San Jose! The house was perfect for me, my two teenagers, and my parents. We liked the burger place just behind the house and the grocery store was very close. We only had one vehicle so parking in the garage was no problem. But, had we brought 2 vehicles (which was our original plan), finding street parking would have been very difficult. The only thing we weren't happy with was finding out someone was living on the property in the middle of our stay. The listing didn't disclose that there would be a tenant living on the bottom floor and sharing the garage space. This was not a problem, and we were not disturbed by the tenant. But it would have been nice to know beforehand. Overall, very nice house that met our needs for our short trip to San Jose!

Family Trip

It was a very roomy for our family. Lots of room to sit around and enjoy each other. There was some noise from the planes since we were close to the airport, but it didn’t bother us at night so not a problem. A very central location.

Memorial weekend getaway

We went to San Jose for a concert. We all enjoyed our stay. The house was cute and very clean. Everyone was pleased. Will book again for future visits.
