I made my reservation online for a non-smoking king room. Upon arrival a very nice lady named Ghiya checked me in. She told me there were no king rooms and gave me 2-queen beds. Easy enough, but the beds were laid on top of metal boxes with no box springs. The beds were so hard and very uncomfortable. ...
