"This resort is in a secluded location, very quiet and safe. The staff were very accommodating. It was difficult to get a hold of them initially to arrange for airport transfer. The numbers provided do not work on WhatsApp or Messenger, difficult with international phones and data only eSIM. I only received one response via email that I found on Facebook asking for flight info. Even then, there was no follow up. I wasn’t sure if we were going to have transport pick us up or not, but there was one...

"Metro Centre - WOW! Five Stars isn’t enough. This was truly the best experience a traveler, tourist, guest should get while staying in a Hotel. Staff was amazing, very friendly, very accommodating. The one concierge, Ivan was the best. Resolved any issues not in minutes, seconds and was able to coordinate a smooth transition that enhanced my family’s vacation while in the Philippines.
