The living room is carpeted and has a working fireplace, high ceilings with wood beams, and opens to the dining room.  The kitchen has been updated and has a gas stove and dishwasher.  There are two bedrooms on the main level - one has a built-in library, tv and shelving as well as a closet with a double bed.  The master bedroom with queen bed has a deck with French doors leading to a view and sitting area.  It has a smart TV in it. The bathroom has been remodeled and has 2 showers - both can be private.
-Downstairs there is another very large bright bedroom with full bed, dresser, armoire, chair and hardwood floors.  There is a half bathroom adjacent to the room off the garage and access to the yard is through a door in this bedroom.  The new washer and dryer are in the garage.  There is a lovely garden area with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the day.  Walk to Glen Park BART in 10 minutes or the Glen Park shopping area.  Mission Street is 1/2 block away.  This is a great family home which has been lovingly maintained.  No smoking. No unauthorized guests. 30-night minimum. Maximum stay is less than one year or 365 days. Prefer 3 guests with maximum occupancy 4 considered.

Additional Fees:
1) End of stay cleaning fee $250 will be included in the one-time fees.
2) Interim cleanings 1 time per 45 days at $200 each required for stays 45 nights or longer; pricing and frequency determined by number of guests, length of stay, and property size. You will be responsible for the payment to the housekeeper.
3) Additional fees such as early check in/late check out; additional guest; and pet fees may apply. Information is available upon request and fees can be added to your Special Offer.
4) $100 utility and water allowance is included, guests are responsible for overage.
5)Guests are responsible for the timely and properly sorted removal of recycling and garage. Failure to do so will result in additional fees.

Rental Terms:
To complete your reservation once accepted, you will receive an Adobe link to a secure online rental agreement that must be completed, SIGNED and returned.

ONLY upon receipt of the completed and SIGNED rental agreement do we release the entry code and entry instructions.
