Casa Susie is a comfortable family-friendly San Felipe Vacation Rental located in the prestigious El Dorado Ranch community. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a big living room and a fully equipped kitchen, ready to host your new vacation memories with your family or friends. This San Felipe Vacation Rental includes access to the big heated Cachanilla swimming pool and tennis courts, allowing you to enjoy resort-style amenities during your stay.

This rental sleeps 4 guests only. If a guest brings an airbed, 2 more guests are welcome for a maximum occupancy of 6. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. This rental comes with 4 pool passes only. If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool. Children 12 years and under do not need a pool pass.

This resort requires guests to have passes to access the resort and pools. The passes are only issued directly to guests — unfortunately, this requires you to visit one more office after check-in. Regular hours for issuing passes are between 8AM and 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, we check you in as usual, but you will need to go to the resort office the next day to pick up your passes. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will not be able to use the swimming pool on arrival day because you won't have the required passes. You can use the pool once you pick up your passes the following day. Pool hours are 9AM to 10PM.
