SPACES AND COMFORT

The property extends over 250 m² arranged across three levels, guaranteeing privacy and comfort to all guests.



Raised Ground Floor: Main entrance. You will find a spacious independent kitchen, fully equipped (induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary utensils). On the right, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bathtub.

Completing the Living Area, the bright lounge, heart of the villa, is equipped with dining area and sitting room with large windows overlooking the lake that reflect in the internal mirrors the beauty of the panorama. From the lounge you have direct access to the panoramic terrace equipped for outdoor dining protected by a large awning and from which stairs descend towards the garden and swimming pool.



Ground Floor: there is a room from which you can access the pool directly via the ladder and a room with two single beds and a bathroom with a dedicated shower.



Piano 1: It is composed of a master bedroom with internal sitting room and en-suite bathroom with shower. Two other double bedrooms, both with bathroom available and lake view.

All 5 double bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.



OUTDOOR SPACES AND SWIMMING POOL



The green private garden of approximately 500 m² leads directly to the lakeside promenade.

The private swimming pool (6x4 metres), perfectly integrated into the house design, is also accessible from the ground floor and represents the ideal oasis for cooling off on summer days. The property also features private parking for 3 cars inside and an additional garage approximately 200 metres away.
