The guest house was cozy for a family of 3. Location is a little off the beaten path if you’re looking for a place away from touristy areas. Communication was clear and timely for booking and checking in.

Small but well appointed unit. Clean and well set up. Only 2 issues. Mattress was very soft. Movement sensitive automatic light in bath room was very annoying. It should be removed or at least have a switch to keep it off.Overall, I would recommend the unit for a simple economical place to stay.

Excellent value for San Diego

Friendly and welcoming Cynthia has created a snug, clean place to lay your head after a busy day exploring all the San Diego fun. Check in was easy, and it is minutes from the airport and downtown. Easy freeway access. Very private with parking right in her driveway. Full kitchen with stove and oven. I slept like a baby because it was so quiet at night! Note: I would not recommend more than 2 adults stay here. Space is very limited. I had to put some of my toiletries in the kitchen. I was stepping all over my luggage in the bedroom.

COZY, Clean, Charming...

Loved this place. Host Cynthia was very responsive. Everything was wonderful inside and very clean. We really liked the simple layout of Cozy. Easy access to freeways, quiet nights (but in flight path of SAN Airport, so aircraft noise mornings and evenings). Will most certainly stay here again when we visit our son in the SD area.!!!

Our stay at the VRBO was very pleasant. The owner Cynthia was very nice & personable to speak to. The place was exactly as per the add on VRBO & we enjoyed it thoroughly. Short stay in San Diego

This is definitely a cozy cottage and is surprisingly roomy on the inside even though it looks small on the outside. I loved that it was quiet and away from the street. I loved the decorations that gave it a calm feeling. Very clean and welcoming!

6 days in the Tiny

Family of 3 with a child under 10. Ran all over town. Not too far from anything. Quiet. Cold AC. Warm heat. Cynthia was so kind. Loaned us a couple items we forgot. Gave local restaurant recommendations. Pics dont do enough to show how cute this place is. There is even a small patio off the bedroom. We really loved it. Cons: Bathroom access is in the bedroom.

Great stay

Cynthia was lovely and super helpful. The cottage was cozy and comfortable and i slept well. I was in for family weekend at SDSU and it’s a 14 minute drive which was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
