San Diego is a such an amazing & beautiful city full of fun things to do! This unit is in ideal vicinity to the beach, amazing food, great varieties of music, and an amazing city.

With 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, we can accommodate up to 6 guests! Let us provide you the perfect staycation experience.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. We designed this place with YOU in mind.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:
- Quick stroll or bike ride to Pacific Beach and 10-minute drive to Mission Beach
- Sea World is a theme park located 8 minutes from our home
- Explore one of the world's largest zoos, the San Diego Zoo in Balboa Park about 10 miles from our home

We have designed this luxurious and charming home to have all of your essential needs while you stay! We even provide two bikes, a large wagon, and two double occupancy beach chairs w/umbrella and built in cooler for your enjoyment!

LIVING ROOM
Sink into the sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our SMART 65” TV w/ Netflix included! If you would like additional streaming services, please remember your passwords. :)

Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a gas stove, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group. Prep time? The kitchen counters offer plenty of counter space for all of the chefs in the kitchen. Visit a local farmers market or grocery store and then enjoy preparing a delectable meal.

+There is a hot water kettle, 3-way coffee maker that makes instant ice coffee! Coffee, tea, sugar, sugar substitutes, and creamer.

+Toaster, Baking Sheets, Olive Oil, and much more!

BEDROOM ONE
The cozy bedroom is equipped with a king bed, a 55" SMART TV w/ Netflix, one bedside lamp w/ USB port, a ceiling fan, closet, memory foam mattress, a large comfy egg chair, and a walk-in closet!

+Located in the closet is a pack n play, iron and ironing board.

BATH
The main bathroom has a shower-tub combination, single vanity including two hairdryers, flat iron, curling iron, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

GUEST BEDROOM
The beautiful guest bedroom is equipped with two queen beds, a 55" SMART TV w/ Netflix, touch lamp w/ multiple USB ports, a ceiling fan, memory foam mattresses, 8 drawer dresser, and side table for storage. We also provide a workspace equipped with a printer.

HALLWAY CLOSET
The hallway closet is where you will find a highchair, and a foot stool for the tall cabinets in the kitchen!

+CHILD FRIENDLY
The home is child-friendly, and to make your life easier, we have a pack n play, children's dinnerware, and a highchair for you to use during your stay.

PETS
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at this time.

Great San Diego cottage! The location is wonderful - a lot of restaurants etc are walkable and close to the beach. We didn't use the beach equipment but it looked like it was very well stocked and had everything you could need. The beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean. We liked being able to hang out in the front yard in the mornings with coffee. It was a little warm without ac and you get a street noise with windows being open but there were fans there to keep us cool. All in all a nice rental. Make sure you walk (or bike) down to the pier to see a beautiful sunset!

We loved our stay at Coastal Cove. Very clean and it has everything you need. The location is amazing and great communication with hosts! Neighbors behind the house are very loud with little kids screaming outside every morning between 6:30-7:00am so bring earplugs and there is no ac so you have to have the windows open, but other than that everything was amazing.

Easy access to everything but noisy

This property had a great location to easily access everything you would want to see or do in the area. The beds were very comfortable and everything you would need was provided. Check-in and out was very easy. Our only issue was the noise. If you're a light sleeper plan to take sleep medication. The street is very busy and loud. But if you're a deep sleeper, then this is a solid option.

Fun Pacific Beach getaway

I stayed at the charming Coastal Cove home over spring break with my adult daughter and three grandchildren. The house has everything you need for a fun beach vacation, and is very clean, comfortabble, and well organized. The amenities and set up supplies are excellent which we greatly appreciated. All we had to do was make a quick grocery run, and we were set. The kids LOVED the arcade games (awesome addition!). There is a parking space behind the house as well as on the street which was great considering that Pacific Beach is a busy place. The beach was just a few blocks away. Thank you again!

Great location with great amenities

The location is PERFECT, it is within walking distance from all the shops, bars, and beaches. The amenities in the home were great such as the wagon and beach chairs to walk down to the beach with. The home is small but it is the perfect size for a weekend getaway. We really appreciate all the amenities and games that came with the home, it was great for us who were traveling from out of state and couldn't bring as much. We had a great time and would definitely book again!

Cape Cod Football

Me and a few of my friends rented the house for a fantasy football draft. The house was awesome, the location is amazing 20 min walk to the beach. We had an amazing time. Can’t wait to do it again next year.

Honeymoon cottage

We stayed here after we got married and it was so cute. The kitchen is great for meals. One parking spot easy to get into. Just overall great location and spot. Very up to date.

Cute little place

Very comfortable and worked well for our short stay. Tiny parking space was a bit of a shock. I forget how narrow streets can be. I drive a large SUV. Luckily we found street parking. Nearly impossible to even get in the driveway. Shower had black mold on upper tile/ceiling area that was a bit concerning but luckily not where you touch or stand. Bikes were fun to have but the tires were very low and the handle bars were not tight so they would slip in use. We managed to find a tire pump to borrow and then went to Ace Hardware down the road and bought a wrench to tighten the handle bars. Would be a good thing to add to your rental is a small tool kit and bike pump. The beach chairs were a life savor. So glad you made those available for our beach day. Also, adding a hook to the back of the bathroom door would be nice to hang additional towels. We had a family of 5 staying so it was tricky to hang towels to dry and keep off the floor. Overall nice and comfortable. The arcade games & corn hole were fun.
