Explore the vibrant Gaslamp Quarter, soak up the sun on the beaches, or embark on a wild adventure at the world-renowned San Diego Zoo – it's all at your doorstep.
The space
Step into our charming 1920's abode, where Spanish flair meets modern comfort. You'll find two inviting bedrooms with lux bedding to rest your weary heads after a day of exploring San Diego's treasures. Our living space is designed for relaxation, with a cozy ambiance that invites you to kick back and unwind. Whether you're streaming your favorite shows or enjoying quality time together in the hot tub, this is the place to be.

Please note the half bath is outside of the primary home. It is conveniently located in the laundry room perfect for when you are outdoors or in the hot tub.

This home was built in the 1920's so we have equipped the home with many modern luxuries and amenities including a bidet, please NO toilet paper down the toilet.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Clean, smelled nice, fully stocked with towels, working hot tub to relax in the back yard. Safe neighborhood. Great wifi. Comfortable beds and couch. Great communication with host. Highly recommend this stay. We were here for vacation for a week from Houston, Tx and felt right at home as soon as we walked in. It looked just like the pictures just a bit smaller but it was perfect. Great location near the highway to get around San Diego! Thank you for accommodating us!! We had a great time!

My friends and I were very disappointed with our stay this past weekend. Unfortunately, the home did not meet the expectations set by the listing—particularly when it came to cleanliness. When we arrived, it was immediately clear that the home hadn’t been properly cleaned. Trash from the previous guests was still there, and the bunk bed room had unwashed sheets—one bed had sand in it, the other had hair, and neither smelled clean. When we went to grab fresh linens, we found the linen closet completely disorganized, with bedding shoved in haphazardly. We also needed extra pillows and blankets for the pull-out bed and couch, but none were available, so we had to borrow from other beds.We had hoped to at least enjoy the hot tub, but the water was so dirty and cloudy that we didn’t feel comfortable using it. The backyard was also cluttered with dirt and debris, making it uninviting to hang out in.Other small but frustrating details added up—like a broken toilet paper holder, dirty walls, and worst of all, dirty dishes in the cabinets (we found a pan with crusted egg still stuck to it).The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the host was responsive and kind. They apologized for the condition of the house and offered a partial refund, which we appreciated. However, overall, the stay fell well below expectations and I wouldn't return or recommend it in its current state.

Cute Home

The house was small but cute and fit our family of 6. 2 girls in the trundle bed room and 2 boys on the couch. Location is easy to get around and close to downtown.

Tons of potential but overall very disappointed. The property was dirty. When I say dirty, I mean literal dirt and pet hair all in the bed sheets. We went and purchased new sheets and pillows because there weren’t enough pillows for all of the beds. There was only half a roll of toilet paper. We had to keep a close eye on the kids because there is construction debris littering the back yard. Marijuana growing in the laundry room, wrecked abandoned cars in the driveway and many things inside the house were broken or breaking. The host did bring us extra pillows, but we also purchased an extra set and left at the property.

Home away from home with great amenities

We needed to stay in San Diego for several weeks after my husband’s surgery, and we didn’t want to leave our dogs with someone else for that long. We were extremely lucky to find this cozy home away from home. The dogs loved the backyard and we loved staying at this property.
