"This hotel is better in person! We enjoyed swimming laps in the pool and relaxing in the hammock on the roof which was a magical place to watch the sun rise over the town and Lake Chapala. The room was clean, bed very comfortable. Only wished they had coffee in the room. They did allow us an early check in which we greatly appreciated!

"It’s a 5 star winner felt like I was at home, walking distance to the Malecon,Plaza,Church and many other places.
Literally in the middle of the Pueblo.
Very good location. "

"Place was near the center of Chapala. House could have been better for what was paid. We paid too much for little ammenteties. No hot water for shower as well as low pressure. Loud noises every night. Multiple items broken; sink knobs, towel racks, shower heads. TV hardly worked with little channel/stream options. Beautiful place and area but definitely NOT worth the price. Maybe half the price at that. Only area with AC was the top floor rooms. All other areas such as the kitchen, living room,...
