"Place was not ready to rent. There were multiple problems that can be fixed and it would be fine. As it was, this was one of the worst places we've ever stayed.The bathroom sink did not drain for 5 hours. The host clearly knew about this since the drain had been dismantled. One of the two kitchen chairs was broken. There was no dish soap and the silverware was dirty. The kitchen trash had not been emptied. "The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 8. Very clean space. Owners were easy to contact. Free parking (just check for street cleaning days... I got a ticket cause I'm from a city that doesn't have street cleaning). Location was perfect for our visit of San Francisco. Definitely will book again in the future."

"Great value for a good size suite close to downtown SF. Having laundry was nice and the bunk beds in the separate closet room was ideal for a child. Excellent suite overall and only minor issue was we could hear a lot of footsteps upstairs at night and early morning."

"The Coastal Retreat is very cute inside. I love the way it is decorated. It was nice having the fans in the bedrooms, which were spacious enough. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well. The bathroom was nice, ,especially the shower head. I would not say that this home accommodates 6 people. We had 5 in our family. There is an ottoman that folds out as a “bed”, and bedding available for it, however the couch is on the slimmer side and I would not consider it for sleeping. The ottoman attached...
