"We had a nice stay at this property, and the host was very kind and accommodating. The location is perfect! The Zócalo is only a few minutes walk away. It's walking distance to other museums, Michelin restaurants, and native, Oaxacan cuisine. Taxis come by every 2 mins. and there are several cafes almost nextdoor. We had the one bedroom apartment with two extra beds and sofa. The apartment is turnkey and has streaming services like Netflix, Disney and Prime. Cleaning comes in everyday if you...

"There is really nothing bad to say about this cosy hotel, close to everything, very clean, they even replenished the coffee grounds. The cleaning lady would come to clean as soon as they saw us leave for the day, this was a PLUS. They even washed our dishes. Everything was automated, so the only time we saw the gentleman Jesus, was when we arrived and it was just to pay the rental. Very private."

In a wonderful neighborhood - walking distance to El Zocalo, lots of restaurants nearby, felt safe walking at night (2 women - me and my teen daughter), beautiful patio. "I loved the attention that Jose gave his guests, he really made us feel welcome and well received. The property is very quite and cozy despite its location very near the heart of Oaxaca. I also appreciated the cafe across the hall Cafe Lupita, it couldn't have been better for our 1st morning cup of Joe. All this said, the studio opens out to the sidewalk and the upstairs can get warm during the day. "

We did not spend much time at the Unit as we were out for most of the day.Negative: Did not realize how far it was from Centro - not walkable. The neighborhood wasn't the sexiest but the house was a short 10 minute taxi ride to central Oaxaca. "The property was perfect for me and my family. The roof is huge, the views are great, the jacuzzi and the lounging area are super nice, and the paintings are lovely. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. This is a great option for large groups that want to share a special occasion."

"It is such a quaint home, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The project manager was very responsive and we truly enjoyed our stay. Great location when it came to driving anywhere and safe neighborhood with shops and food at walking distance. Thank you for an amazing experience."
