After a 2 year hiatus from VRBO, our property and English Bulldogs are back! We de-listed the property because the city was installing sewer and water lines on and around our property--not conducive to R&R! Now, all quiet on the home front. Discover the perfect getaway at our fabulous guest suite, ideal for a serene and productive retreat. Just 5 minutes from Main Street, 15 minutes from La Cantera/Fiesta Texas, and 30 minutes to Fredericksburg, our elegantly appointed 2-bedroom, one-bath private apartment offers unparalleled convenience and luxury. Experience the ultimate comfort with a private entrance, dedicated A/C unit, and high-speed internet—perfect for those needing to work on vacation. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, reverse-osmosis water system (say goodbye to bottled water!), a Keurig, and a dishwasher. The laundry room comes with a full-size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and pants press for all your needs. Comfortable stay in attached apartment

Upon arrival, you will immediately see a small cottage next to the main house. THIS IS NOT YOUR VRBO RENTAL! You will need to go to the main house to have them show you where the apartment is as it is attached to the main house with a rear entrance. We were not aware of this and walked in on the tenant in the cottage. Our stay with great, though! The beds were very comfortable, views from the back porch beautiful, and the trip to Main St was short and sweet. We enjoyed loving on the owner's dogs who are very gentle. We'd only wished we could have relaxed in the hot tub. The heater was not working at the time of our visit.

The apartment was amazing and very comfortable. The owners were very gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect to all of the activities the area has. We loved being out in the country but still close to town. We will absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend!!

Great Location, Great Hosts!

My wife and I came to Boerne, San Antonio and Fredericksburg for a short getaway and used this as our “home base” for our stay. The property is immaculate and Frank & Suzanne were wonderful - very responsive to messages and very friendly! The dogs were a hoot and we enjoyed fresh eggs from the chickens on the property for breakfast. This is a wonderful property which is in a great location right off of I-10. It is very convenient to downtown Boerne and a short drive to Fredericksburg. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and there were ample bed and bath linens. Frank & Suzanne made sure anything we needed was there when we arrived, and they are on-site in case you have any questions. Don’t hesitate to book this property. It is a gem!

Everything about our stay at this property was GREAT! Frank and Suzanne are wonderful hosts. I reached out to Suzanne a few times prior to our trip with various questions and she was always very prompt with her replies. Check-in was a breeze; the apartment is very clean, beautifully furnished and fully stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed the pool each day of our visit and the water was perfect. This is definitely the nicest place we've stayed and we can't wait to stay here again!

Property owners were very accommodating and the location was perfect for visiting Boerne, Hill Country and San Antonio. Owners took all precautions related to COVID and were so friendly. Will certainly stay here again, when visiting the beautiful Hill Country/San Antonio area!

Kick back and recharge

Suzanne and Frank have created an outstanding rental with fully equipped kitchen ( we ate all our meals in) and a spa bath with huge walk in shower. Washer and dryer came in handy after pool time and we enjoyed many hours lounging by the pool and hot tub. The dogs are friendly and even joined my workout outside. Great getaway out in nature and plan to revisit post Covid19 outbreak to check out the sights and shops in Bourne.

Hidden gem just outside of Boerne

So glad our first choice fell through - this place was perfect for our girls getaway. Owners are great and the location was very convenient. We enjoyed the country atmosphere and the chickens. Pool and hot tub were a plus. The guest suite was extremely well stocked and beautifully furnished- we had everything we needed. Spacious and clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Relaxing

We were so lucky to book this stay at the last minute, literally! The property was amazing and the owners were so accommodating. If we ever need a vacation spot in this area, we will definitely come back here. With the spacious apartment, hot tub, swimming pool and minutes away from shopping... it was a was a much needed, relaxing weekend. Highly recommended!!!!
