Unwind YEAR-ROUND with pool and hot tub at this relaxing home near theme parks, dining, entertainment & more! SNOWBIRDS, BUSINESS TRAVELERS, and MILITARY FAMILIES WELCOME! This can be your Airman's home away from home during military BMT graduations!

We have disclosed our rules and expectations in a rental agreement attached in the Additional Rules section.

We took one of the most popular vacation homes in San Antonio and made it even BETTER! This ADORABLE home has earned SuperHost accreditation for nearly 10 years, and as of November 15, 2022, it has a fresh, new look, with so many updates and thoughtful touches, we can barely keep track! Not only did we update the pool and add a beautiful 6-person hot tub, we completely renovated the interior to include high-end finishes, additional sleeping, new bathroom updates, all new beds, new lighting, and so much more.

Enjoy outdoor activities YEAR-ROUND with our spacious pool (not heated, but open year-round), new hot tub, grill, outdoor dining area, cabana, yard games, hammock and more!

This 3 Bedroom/2.5 bath home can now accommodate a maximum of 13 people, though we encourage groups of 10 or less for maximum comfort. Conveniently located in a safe, convenient, family neighborhood in the heart of everything. Our home is within walking distance of New Territories Park (running trails, fitness circuit, playground and more). Just 7 miles to Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The National Shooting Complex, La Cantera (high-end shopping, restaurants & golf), I-10 Corridor, The Rim, iFly, Andretti Racing, USAA, Medical Center, UTSA, Government Canyon State Natural Area & more! Just 20 minutes from Lackland Air Force Base, as well as downtown attractions like The Alamo, River Walk, The Pearly Brewery district, and more! While we are in the heart of all things San Antonio, and near about every attraction you could ever want to see, you may never want to leave the comforts of home.

Looking for your next vacation destination? Need accommodations for 30 days or more, but don't want to be cramped in an apartment or extended-stay hotel? This home is perfect for either scenario! Whether work or pleasure brings you to San Antonio, this gorgeous extended-stay (or vacation) home will provide a true island living experience, right in the heart of the Alamo City! Our home provides a welcome alternative to cramped apartments or extended-stay hotels. Whether you're coming into town to escape the winter, or if you're here for a work assignment, military orders, or even a medical procedure at the nearby medical center, there's no reason to be limited to a hotel.

Did we mention there is a PRIVATE in-ground pool?! The beautiful weather in San Antonio affords us the luxury of having our pool open YEAR ROUND! Our pool is not heated, but history has proven December and January (and sometimes February) are really the only months it gets too cold to swim.

The cabana features a bar with ROKU TV ( a great place to watch a game!) and additional sleeping, if needed. We've included a queen futon, 2 twin beds, and plenty of chairs and living space. 2 sets of double doors open to outdoor living at it's finest. PLEASE NOTE: there is NO bathroom in the cabana, so this would be a fun place to nap or sleep for a night or two, but longer-term renters will want to utilize the 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths inside the home.

FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERATIONAL

Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am.

We had a great stay here. The property owners were very friendly. The cabana area is definitely a plus for those who are utilizing the pool as often as we did. We would definitely think about staying here again!

In general the property was lovely but a bit more rundown that it looks in the pictures. When we first arrived we were locked out of the AC control but the property manager fixed it within a couple of hours. It was nice to have all the space for our family and the pool/hot tub were great!

We stayed here for a family reunion that was in Helotes so we weren't at the house much. Wish we had rented an extra day to enjoy the pool and hot tub more. We will look into renting this house again next time we are in the area.

We had a great time! The pool and hot tub were a huge highlight, and the house was really comfortable. The beds were cozy, it was great having a garage to park in, and the washer and dryer came in handy. The place was also well-stocked with essentials. Some of the outdoor furniture was worn, and traffic noise was noticeable for us light sleepers at night, but nothing that ruined the experience. The host was great with communication! There was an issue with the hot tub, but they let us know about it right away and had it fixed as soon as possible, which we really appreciated. Overall, a fun and relaxing spot that worked really well for our trip!

The best rental that we have came across. They are very clean with the house everytime we message with a concern they always message back fast. This is our 3 time staying at this rental and they never disappoint. Will forever be our go to rental when we wanna hang out with family .

Well decorated, very clean, and the hosts were communicative and nice. I rented this house for my family in town and they absolutely loved it. Close distance to downtown and activities. Rooms were all spacious and outdoor area was perfect! Salsa and chips were an extra special touch!

This was a wonderful vacation for our family with our adult children and one grandchild. The pool and hot tub were definitely a huge hit with everyone - even our 9 month old grandson loved the pool. All the beds were comfortable, house was a great size for our family. The Cabana was a hit with the older children too. The house is centrally located in San Antonio. The hosts were very responsive to any and all my questions - they went above and beyond for us and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you for opening up your rental home to us. We appreciate it.

My family & I always prefer to stay at vacation rental homes, so this review comes with a lot of experience in renting properties for out of town trips. The first issue we had was upon arrival we realized the thermostat was Locked and so we sent a message right away letting them know we had arrived and asked that they unlock the thermostat. It was August in Texas, so it was Hot outside (temps over 100 degrees each day). The response indicated they Refused to unlock the thermostat and that we were Not permitted to set the home temperature to our level of comfort. This was Not disclosed in the listing (hopefully the have since added it). I should also mention there is only 1 A/C unit on this 2-story home. The pool house was incredibly hot, no A/C or fans running, and we were questioned why we even wanted to use it, though it's part of the listing. The home lacked in pool towels and just be aware there are no pool toys available. The outdoor trash can was completely full & smelt awful & after the city emptied it the 2nd day of our stay, it was left filled with maggots (gross). The bedrooms have blinds but no curtains, so hello sunshine! Beds, couch, & dining chairs are not comfortable. The home was also built with low-cost furnishings & sound really travels, so just something else to keep in mind when considering the cost. Positives: great water pressure, pool & hot tub were nice, kitchen stocked well with cooking/dining supplies, and the loveseat & chairs were comfortable.

We spent 2 nights here on our tour of Texas vacation. The property was in the ideal spot, close enough to the tourist sites without being right in the middle of the traffic chaos. The house was updated with everything a family could need. The best part was the pool, perfect size with a great ledge to sit and relax. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever get back to San Antonio!

We stayed the week of July 4th. It was HOT. But the pool space was very enjoyable. On 7/3, AC had an issue but we were unaware as we were on an excursion to another area. The management company reached out to us. We did not see the message until close to 5pm and were worried we would not receive a return call til July 5th. But this was not the case. They had an AC technician out within the hour. So impressed with the prompt response.

Overall the house was good. Pool and spa was nice. There are some issues with broken thresholds, especially the one by the cabana. Wasp nest on back patio and we encountered some dirty dishes. Some of the doors don’t close well and the lack of locks on some doors doesn’t allow for privacy. Trash bin contained previous guest trash and it filled quickly. Overall it was decent enough to accommodate.
