This property is perfect for a large family! The pool was used everyday and the hot tub was nice after long days in the Riverwalk, Zoo, and SeaWorld. The property is clean and central to many restaurants and stores. If you are planning time at SeaWorld, you are just minutes from the front gate. The property hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

Family Vacation

We came to San Antonio for a family vacation. Great communication with our host John, had a few issues nothing major but John had someone out there within a couple hours to address our problem. I would highly recommend his home. We had 5 kids from age 13-6, they had a blast with all the games and the pool. Thanks for a great week!The Conley’s

Amazing property

We loved the home and location! Everything was perfect! The home was very clean and had everything you need to be comfortable from toiletries to linens. The communication with the owner was flawless. He always responded within minutes and never complained about turning on the hot tub every evening. The pool was very clean and my girls loved it. The location was perfect. Very close to sea world and close to downtown. We would definitely stay there again!

lots of entertainment at this home. loved the amenities. The neighborhood is a little run down, and some idiot kept revving his car engine at all hours , but the home itself is lovely and we had fun.

We LOved Texas and this was a Great place to stay.

Our kiddos loved the pool while me and my hubby really enjoyed the hot tub after running around all day. Air hockey table we had a few competitions with that a foosball table. Kitchen had everything you need. No complaints. Highly recommend this place. Well worth it! We stayed a whole week. Best thing everything is in driving distance.

Nice family vacation home

We stayed 6 nights over spring break. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dishwater detergent. The pool and spa were clean. The house is very close to Seaworld which was nice. Close to large commercial district with every type of restaurant and store. Easy drive to Riverwalk. Overall nice place to stay. Minor critiques include that I would have preferred a warmer set temperature for the spa. The neighbors have a very loud car that woke us up every morning between 330 and 630 AM depending on the day. But overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying.

BMT Graduation Stay

The house is nice. The beds need to be improved. The beds are very uncomfortable. Even just foam toppers would help. The kitchen utensils also need to be improved. It was difficult to prepare food for my family. Utensils were broken or in poor condition. The landscape needs attention. We own a VRBO and we understand the expectation when you pay a lot of money for a weeks stay you need to be able to sleep comfortably and make food rather than eating out every day.

Great getaway!!!

Great rental. We had a long weekend here and it was wonderful! The pool and games kept the kids and adults entertained. It was as described in the listing and down the street from sea world. The owner provided everything we could possibly need and was very responsive with messages. Definitely recommend it for a week/weekend getaway.

San Antonio Stay

First of all, this location was ideal in its proximity to Sea World. Secondly, after a day of exploring the sights of San Antonio, all members of our group enjoyed having access to a private hot tub & swimming pool. Although we didn’t personally meet, our host, John, continuously provided me with updates prior to & during our stay. If I had questions, he answered my text in an expeditious manner. Most importantly, the property was clean, well stocked with the basics, & our family felt safe at this location!

Family Fun

Couldn't have picked a better home with what we were looking for. Beautiful home with an awesome pool and backyard. Our original plans were to enjoy going to Fiesta Texas and Seaworld Aquatic Park. Well that was until we arrived and the kids jumped in the pool and the plans went into the trash. We enjoyed the pool and grilled through out our stay. I want to thank the Homeowner for such a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. I also want to thank the property manager for always answering questions and making sure everything was up to good standards. We did travel with pets which they enjoyed the home as well. We will definitely be back to San Antonio and that home is our home. Thank you.

Great Trip

The house was great. Exactly what the listing says. It is very close to Sea World. Only 25 minutes from downtown (Riverwalk and the Alamo). Communication with the owners was excellent. They were very responsive. My family had a great time.

Family Fun Time

We stayed over the thanksgiving weekend and had a great time. We had the pool heated and picked up a the whole works of a thanksgiving dinner from the HEB grocery store less than a mile away… it was a great time. Not every day you get to swim on thanksgiving.
