Relaxing Place For Recovery

We rented this house for a longer stay needed for a medical recovery. It was clean and nicely decorated. The open layout was prefect for what we needed. There were birds in the backyard and an occasional deer in the right of way behind the house. It was a nice, relaxing place for us, in a nice neighborhood. The park within walking distance was great. Kathy was very responsive when we contacted her and we appreciated that. We would stay at this house again and recommend it.

We came for the Eclipse … kind of a bust as it was very cloudy. The only issue we had was the lawn was very long. But inside was spotless and very comfy!

The house was fine. Management.....

We started off a little rough. The house didnt have any water turned on so we had to stay in a other one of the rentals available for one night. Then when we got the water turned back on and moved back in, all of the linens where locked in a closet so we had to buy our own towels to start with. We did a month long rental due to my mom being in the hospital and we dont live in San Antonio and 2 weeks in i told the manager we were sending my mom home on hospice so we were checking out early. Her response was "I wish your mom all the very best in her recovery and have a great trip!" My mom passed away the next day. We still had to pay for the remaining 2 weeks. I realize theres a no refund, but i would think a death would be an exception. I just didnt feel like the property manager cared much about her renters. Or maybe she is just unaware of what Hospice is? Overall the house was nice but the mamagement just put a bad taste in my mouth.

Great spot for anywhere in San Antonio

This house was in a location that was easy to get to from all points of interest in San Antonio. The house was very inviting and clean when we arrived. Having lived in Texas before, I know it can be hard to keep the bugs out. After a couple days in the house we began seeing dead cockroaches which was indicative that the house has been sprayed well. By our last night, we saw a couple live ones. Apparently the spray had worn off. EVERYTHING else in the house was great! Bedding was very comfortable and towels were super soft. The house is very well maintained except for the doors to the little shed looking off track. We had a great stay. I recommend this place for anyone wanting a central point to see San Antonio. There is not enough comfortable seating for spending much time at the house visiting, but our week was spent out of the house. I strongly advise closing up all bags and suitcases when you are not in them to keep any unwanted bugs from hitching a ride home.

San Antonio Getaway

It was a perfect choice for 5 of us. The house is beautiful except for the fact that we were haunted by roaches that somehow found their way into the house at night hence, we had sleepless nights .

San Antonio Family Spring Break

Excellent choice! Accommodated our family that ranged from adults to age 3. In a general location not far from attractions in a nice neighborhood, Family oriented with a park a few blocks over, very clean home and pictures are spot on. You will get exactly what you see in the pictures.

This is a perfect property for a stay in San Antonio, it felt like a home away from home!

We stayed for a month, needing to be close to the medical center in San Antonio. The property was newly remodeled, beautifully furnished, comfortable and very clean. It had everything you needed to make your stay feel like home. The location, in a quiet safe neighborhood, was perfect for our needs at the medical center but would also be really good for visiting anywhere on San Antonio with easy access to all the main attractions and center of the city. There were lots of good places to eat close by and everything was accessible with the help of any of the food delivery services. The property manager was so helpful and very good about communication and the check in and out process were really easy. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in San Antonio and I am sure we will use it again.

Would Definitely Recommend for Families!

A very comfortable stay in a clean, conveniently located home. We’re a family of 5 and had plenty of space and comfortable beds/rooms. Our host communicated with us quickly and provided us all the information we needed. Would definitely stay again.
