    Welcome to RiverPearlSA, a spacious downtown house with modern amenities! Located in the heart of the city, our three-bedroom home is the perfect home base for exploring all that downtown has to offer.

    Inside, you'll find a bright and open living area upstairs and a game room downstairs with plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The bedrooms feature comfortable beds with high-quality linens, electric warm blankets for cold weather and the 2 full bathrooms include many towels and complimentary toiletries. We also provide free high-speed internet and TVs for your entertainment.
    ***Please note that the stairs are a little steep, so it may be difficult for those who have mobility challenges.

    Our home is set towards the back of a 10,000sf lot, offering a unique and spacious front yard for outdoor activities with a gazebo, hot tub, stringed lights, gas grill, fire pit, stock tank cowboy pool, cornhole game, dining table & seating... The property includes 3 to 4 gated parking spaces, ensuring both convenience and a secure, private feel.

    Our Tobin Hill neighborhood comes with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options within walking distance such as the Pearl, St. Mary's Entertainment District, River Walk, The Alamo, AT&T Center, The Alamo dome, museums and theaters...

    Our home is the perfect home base for families, couples, or anyone seeking a convenient and comfortable stay in downtown. We welcome families with young children. The young guests would really enjoy our spacious front yard with a cowboy pool, cornhole game, soccer ball game...

    Our max overnight capacity is 10, but we think it would be most comfortable is for 7, 8 adults and a couple kids. But if you feel you can be happy with all 10 adults staying together, then you are welcome to stay with us too :))).

Everything was perfect for our girls trip. We enjoyed the hot tub, the kitchen was nicely equipped and the space was clean, homey and spacious. This is also a great location in the Pearl district. I highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay

Loved the layout of the house, the hot tub, complimentary waters, the big-screen TVs, and the proximity to the River Walk. Excellent stay! Kids loved the foosball and the adults loved the great front yard.

We came to San Antonio for our son’s A school graduation at Ft Sam Houston. We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was nice & close to the base & came fully stocked with whatever we might need. We had plenty of towels, cozy beds, and the outdoor area was fun & relaxing. Our host had excellent communication throughout the process from booking to check out.

This property was wonderful and perfect for what we needed for a girls’ trip. It’s a central location to many attractions (not a far drive). It’s modern, clean and has so many thoughtful amenities. The hosts were very communicative and attentive. Highly recommended!!!

SA stay for funeral

Loved this house!

My family and I stayed here for a short spring break trip. The house was awesome. Very clean and loved the layout. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days with a lot of walking. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekends getaway

Excellent home and everything better than advertised. Clean, well taken care of and updated home in a great location in San Antonio close to the riverwalk. Was perfect for our family weekend get away. Phillip and Cindy were extremely clear, helpful, and provided everything necessary for a relaxing weekend. They made the whole stay easy for us.

House was exactly as described and more and worked perfectly for us. Bedrooms/baths on separate floors provide privacy with groups. Owners were responsive and go above and beyond. Comfy beds and thick bath towels. Convenient laundry. Great walking location with short walk to the Pearl area, the river walk, downtown, zoo. Short drive to the airport. Offstreet parking for 2 cars.

If you want a nice place to stay while you explore San Antonio it is hard to do better than this. Everything we wanted to see was close by and freeway access was really easy. The hosts provided plenty of bottled water in the refrigerator and coffee supplies so there was no need to run out to a grocery store immediately on arrival. The property feels very private even though you are in a neighborhood. I have stayed at many short term rental properties over the years and the hot tubs can be hit or miss. The tub at this property has the cleanest water I have ever seen. Everything was well maintained and very comfortable.Communication with the hosts was outstanding. Phillip checked in with us several times during our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. Check-in instructions were provided well ahead of arrival and were very detailed.Overall we had a great experience staying here and highly recommend this property.

Great time!

We had a great time staying at this house with family. It is in a great location to be able to walk to so many places or even a short drive to places. The house was a perfect layout and so relaxing to just hang with family when not sightseeing or doing things outside the house. I would definitely stay there again!!
