House Rules
No parties or events are allowed, but we always welcome small get-togethers with family and friends as long as you don’t disturb neighbors and respect all house rules.
Noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
As you prepare to check out, we’d like to make the process as simple and smooth as possible.
Optional (if time allows):
Strip the Bedding: If you can, remove the sheets and pillowcases and toss them in the washer. Starting a load is wonderful, but there’s no need to wait for it to finish—we’ll take care of the rest!
Gather Used Towels: Feel free to place any used towels in the washer or pile them neatly beside it if there’s no space.
Dishes: Kindly wash any used dishes or load them into the dishwasher. If possible, start the cycle before you leave, but no worries if it’s empty!
Required Steps:
Turn Off Electronics: Before heading out, switch off all lights, TVs, and the AC or heating.
Pet Cleanup: If you brought your furry friends, please clean up after them. All appreciate a clean yard, and a $30 fee will apply if our cleaners need to handle pet waste.
Personal Belongings: Double-check that you’ve collected all your belongings. We can’t be responsible for misplaced items or offer shipping services.
Trash Disposal: Take all trash to the designated outdoor bins.
Secure the Property: Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed and locked before leaving.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts must be pre-approved in advance. Unauthorized late checkouts will result in a $50-per-hour fee. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request. Please ask the night before checking in or at least 5 hours before checking out so we can coordinate properly.
