Spacious and design chalet

Spacious chalet of 280 m2, consisting of 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a dedicated TV room, a large living room, a dining room with a table of 14 real seats, a room with Babyfoot bonzini, a linen room, 3 terraces, Heating on the floor, wood burning fireplace.
10 minutes walk from the city center and 3 minutes by car from the ski lifts.
Upstairs / 3 bedrooms: Two double bedrooms with new 160/200 quality beds, A large children's bedroom with 6 beds (190/80 beds) with a bathroom (a shower + double sink), A second bathroom with bath, shower and double sink
On the ground floor: A large kitchen with two large fridges, including an American fridge, fan oven and microwave, a spacious living room with TV in the cabinet and Bose HIFI and a dining room. Click on more details below to find out more
On the garden level: A game room with bonzini table football, A dedicated TV room, Two parental areas (bedroom with integrated bathroom, New quality beds in 160/200 and 180/200), Laundry room.
3 separate toilets / 1 per floor
All the bedding is new and the 4 double beds are in 160/200, of very good quality, fairly firm but padded above.
In winter the garage acts as a skiroom with a professional quality shoe dryer for 10 pairs, as well as ski racks, benches and coat racks.
Household linen and cleaning are included in the price. Comfort equipment: WIFI, washer and dryer, electric ski boot dryer, large garage. The chalet is located on a snow-cleared road every day, a parking snow removal service is provided. Children can enjoy the 1300 m2 fenced garden, winter and summer.
Many services are offered: Airport / station transfers, Skiing at home (equipment, packages, ski lessons), Well-being at home (Massages and Reflexology)

Un chalet très agréable et très confortable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le chalet est très agréable et très bien équipé. Il est proche du village et facile d’accès vers les pistes de ski. Nous avons bien apprécié le petit plus avec le jacuzzi le soir après le ski. Il est très bien agencé pour plusieurs familles. La salle télé et la salle de baby-foot ont trouvé des adeptes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande.

Noël de rêve

Noël en famille : 15 personnes entre 10 et 80 ans !Tempête de neige le premier jour ensuite soleil et neige parfaite pour les skieurs. Repos et balades dans le villagequi a beaucoup de charme pour les non skieurs. Soirées près de la cheminée. Bref c'était super !

Nice chalet in a convenient location. Expect to bring all house necessities.

The home and stay was really lovely. We had an amazing time in Samoens with our young family. The home was generally clean, had comfortable beds, a great hot tub, and a lovely view. However, the basement smelled musty, the clothes washer was moldy, and they have decided that garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, and soap for the bathrooms, count as groceries so these products weren’t provided and we had to buy our own. This was incredibly inconvenient and felt like they were pinching pennies after we spent thousands to stay for the week. Not one other rental property we’ve stayed at in France has not provided these necessities. They also threatened to not give us the keys after I didn’t respond to an email for 1 day. Again, the home is nice, there is just a break down in hospitality.

Impeccable

Impeccable. Il manquait juste quelques produits de base dans le placard à notre arrivée (sel, poivre, pâtes, épices, café, pastilles de lave vaisselle etc.), ce qui est toujours plus accueillant. Mais la maison est très grande et très belle.

Vaste chalet très bien équipé à proximité du centre de Samoëns.

C'était notre premier séjour dans le chalet "L'Avret" et nous y avons passé une très agréable semaine ! Les nombreuses terrasses qui entourent le chalet sur 3 faces permettent à chacun de trouver son "spot" favori et quand il fait grand soleil (c'était notre cas...), il est toujours possible de trouver un petit coin d'ombre. L'équipement est très complet et la formule "dortoir" pour les enfants a très bien fonctionné. Il a fait tellement beau que nous avons peu utilisé le "babyfoot" et la salle TV... par contre, le jacuzzi a été mis à contribution chaque jour après la randonnée familiale et la machine à glaçons a eu un beau succès. Un endroit à conseiller sans hésitation pour de belles vacances en famille !

Amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful chalet. We’ve been coming to Samoëns for several years now, this year there was 11 of us & we needed a bigger chalet, so this was the perfect size for our party. The hot tub was lovely after a full day of skiing ⛷ and the evening’s were very relaxing at the chalet. Bedrooms were all good size’s & very comfortable, the boot room was an extra bonus for all our belongings. The host Fred was a great communicator, always on hand when we needed anything. Samoëns town is easy to walk too, and the ski lift 🚠 is 2 minutes in the car, so very close to all amenities. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully next year. Thanks again Fred for the lovely stay at your chalet. ♥️

Nice Chalet overlooking the valley

Nice and spacious chalet. We stayed with 10 adults and two children and had more than enough space and kitchen equipment. Communication with the host was very pleasant and he was available throughout the week.

Bon séjour

Séjour agréable, dans ce beau chalet spacieux et très ensoleillé, avec une vue superbe; Le feu de cheminée le soir avec le jacuzzi , nous a permis de passer de très bons moments après le ski, Je recommande vivement ce chalet. Le propriétaire est disponible et c’est appréciable.

Schönes Haus, aber leider dreckig und die Concierge ist unzuverlässig

Wir hatten einen Trip über Silvester gebucht. Sind mit großer Freude ans Haus und hatten direkt am Anfang die erste Enttäuschung. Die Concierge war nicht da... nicht zu erreichen. Fred angerufen, dieser kam dann nach einiger Zeit und hat uns die Schlüssel gegeben. Am ersten Abend sollte gekocht werden... vorher musste aber das komplette Geschirr und die Töpfe gereinigt werden (dreckig in den Schränken ) Der Backofen hatte wohl eine Explosion mit erlebt. Es war sehr staubig... Spinnennetze etc. Für 450€ Reinigung, eine Frechheit und lächerlich Die Tischdecke muss auch gewechselt werden, da die nicht mehr sehr anziehend aussieht. Da vergeht einem der Hunger. Das Haus liegt schön und der Aufenthalt war auch (nach der ersten Reinigung ) sehr schön.

Mooi huis, goed skigebied

Een mooi ruim huis, met vele gemakken en open haard. Met korte autorit naar de gondel naar mooi ski gebied met mogelijkheden voor beginners en gevorderden. Het huis had gebruikerssporen, zoals losse stopcontacten, meerdere gammele eetkamerstoelen, losse plintjes en een te beweeglijke bank. Daarnaast ervoeren wij dat er te weinig vermogen was in elektriciteit waardoor de stroom eraf gaat zodra je apparaten tegelijk gebruikt. Gelukkig reageerde de eigenaar snel op onze vraag hoe we dit konden oplossen. Op zich voor ons geen reden om een mindere beoordeling te geven. Het woog wat ons betreft op tegen alle gemakken en de uitstraling die het huis heeft. Ware het niet dat we onderweg naar huis werden verrast door een mail van de eigenaar dat hij de borg van ons had gevorderd omdat wij de bank vernield zouden hebben. Dit zonder enig overleg, hoor of wederhoor. De wijze waarop de eigenaar hiermee om is gegaan richting ons maakte dat het heerlijke vakantiegevoel dat we hadden in een keer weg was. Dus geniet van dit prachtige huis, controleer alles bij aankomst en maak foto's van eventuele gebreken en meld ze direct.

Heerlijk ruim huis. Praktisch en gezellig.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad. We waren met 2 gezinnen en opa en oma. Huis is voorzien van alle gemak en comfort. We konden met 11 mensen fijn aan een grote tafel eten. Gezellige openhaard. Heerlijke jacuzi voor na het skieen. Fijne keuken, 2 koelkasten. Praktische handuge gaderobekast voor alle jassen, skihelmen etc....Een fijn huis met echt genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Wij hadden een top vakantie.

Grand chalet confortable idéalement situé

Nous avons séjourné à 3 familles : 15 personnes, avec 9 enfants de 4 à 15 ans. Le chalet est très confortable, avec des espaces collectifs et une vue magnifique. Sans être dans le centre de Samoens, il est toutefois possible d y aller à pied. Il y a beaucoup d activités familiales à faire dans la région. L arrivée et la sortie se sont organisées avec facilité.

Très agréable séjour

Le chalet était parfait, spacieux, en parfait état, très bien aménagé. Nous étions 3 familles dont 7 enfants et chacun a pu profiter des différents espaces (salons, baby foot, salle télé...). Très bien situé aussi, à quelques minutes en voiture des télécabines et d'un supermarché de bonne taille. Nous étions ravis.

Beautiful modem chalet in lovely historic town near the slopes

The chalet is beautiful and spacious. Views of the mountains from every room and short distance from the town made it an easy choice. Modern and simple design, fireplace, large dining table and heated floors, not to mention the beautifully restored exposed wood were great, and make you forget the questionable French standard of having the toilets (one per floor) in small, non ventilated rooms that are separate from the bathrooms. Free access to wifi. Parking space easily for 3, a bit tight for 4 cars allows you to have friends and visitors over. Concierge service made the stay for our large group easy. I highly recommend the house and the concierge service. The only thing that was not perfect was the recommended ski school (zigzag) - I would suggest you book ESF instead.
